General TS DOST 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates are required to have the certification of qualifying exam conducted by the BIETS (Board of International Education, Telangana State) or by any other board.
- For candidates who will pass the qualifying exam from a board other than the BIETS, CBSE, or ICSE, the heads of their respective schools/institutes will need to ensure that the candidates submit the Eligibility Certificate issued by the BIETS.
- Candidates who have cleared their qualifying exam on the first attempt will be given preference for admission
TS DOST 2024 Eligibility Criteria for Different Courses
- Candidates who will clear the intermediate (vocational) medical lab technology course from BIETS or any other corresponding board will be eligible for admission to BA or B.Com courses at colleges under TS DOST, except for those pursuing an additional ‘Bridge course’. They will be eligible for admission to different B.Sc. courses at colleges under TS DOST.
- Candidates who seek admission to B.Sc courses must have cleared the qualifying exam with a score of 40% in the subject they wish to pursue at the undergraduate level.
- Candidates passing the qualifying exam in arts or commerce streams will not be eligible for admission to B.Sc. courses.
- Candidates who clear the qualifying exam in science, arts, or commerce streams will be eligible for admission to B.A., B.Com., BSW, BBA, BBM, and BCA.
- Candidates who seek admission to the BSW course must have scored at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam.
