You can download the TS POLYCET seat allotment 2025 letter from the official website to accept the allotted seats. The internal sliding is an opportunity to switch to the desired stream internally in the same institute. You can report to the stream allotted before Aug 06, 2025.

The TS POLYCET counselling 2025 process is divided into three stages: Phase 1, the Final phase, and a Spot round. The BC/OC/ General category students will be required to pay a TS POLYCET 2025 counselling fee of INR 600, while the SC/ST category will have to pay INR 300 respectively.

The seat allotment result will be provided on the official website. You will be able to download the same using your login credentials. You will be required to bring a certain set of documents like SSC or equivalent result sheet, TS POLYCET score card 2025,  ticket 2025, aadhaar card, transfer certificate, TS POLYCET hall etc. on the counselling day.

According to the latest notification, SBTET announced the TS POLYCET 2025 counselling dates. The TS POLYCET seat allotment 2025 result for phase 1 was released on Jul 04, 2025. TS POLYCET counselling process 2025 will be held in 3 phases.

The counselling session is held for all students who have qualified for the exam, and only then can you move on to the next step in the process of admission. Below are the important dates and events that need to be made note of by the candidates.

Steps Involved in TS POLYCET Counselling 2025 Process

TS POLYCET counselling 2025 will allow candidates who have secured the qualifying marks of the TS POLYCET 2025 examination to enrol in the affiliated polytechnic colleges and avail the course of their choice with respect to Engineering/Non-Engineering subjects along with Agriculture technology.

These steps are to be followed once candidates download the TS POLYCET 2025 result and rank list. 

• Step 1: TS POLYCET 2025 Fee Payment Process: This is the first step wherein students are to pay a fee via any online payment portals. This must be processed with the submission of the candidate’s TS POLYCET credentials received during the time of registration and Date of Birth, ICR form number, register number, and application form number.
• There will be a separate fee that qualifying candidates must pay to avail of the services of the TS POLYCET counselling process 2025. 

• Step 2: Slot Booking for Document Verification: After successfully paying the fee, candidates will have to book a slot on the official website in order to process the document/certificate verification. This is to verify certificates such as PwD certificates, Caste certificates etc.  
• Step 3: Verification of Documents: This step is to physically verify the documents that a candidate avails of. Students are required to visit the designated Helpline/Document verification centres on the date and time slot that they have booked. All original documents must be presented to the official in charge at the given time and date to move forward in the process.
• Step 4: Exercising Options from affiliated institutions: After completing the verification process, a student account will be opened in order to create a link between TS POLYCET counselling candidates and the institution authorities, unique for every student. 
• Step 5: Option Entry/Choice Filling: An important step for the candidates as they have the option of filling in their choice of college and course, depending on the availability of seats in the same. Candidates must do so in the time permitted and will not be given any extra time to make the decisions. 
• Step 6: Seat Allotment: This step comes after the completion of the choice filling step by all the candidates who have qualified in the TS POLYCET 2025 examination. The allotment of seats is done based on the performance of the candidate and the choice filled in by them. Candidates can find the status of the seat allotment on the student portal, by logging in using the credentials provided in Step 4. An allotment letter will be issued on the portal which will have the college and course that they have secured a seat. A downloaded copy of the same must be taken to further the admission process at the given institution.
• Step 7: Reporting at the Allotted Institute: The candidates have to report to the Institute in which they have secured a seat, on the time and date provided. Candidates must carry the payment receipt, allotment letter, and ID proof to complete the admission process.
