TS POLYCET Counselling 2024:Dates, Seat Allotment

TS POLYCET counselling 2024 will commence after the results are released on the official website at polycetts.nic.in by the SBTET authorities. The counselling process of TS POLYCET is expected to be held on Sep 2024- Second Week. The BC/OC/ General category students will be required to pay an counselling fee of INR 600 while SC/ST category will have to pay INR 300 respectively.

Candidates will be required to bring certain set of documents like SSC or equivalent result sheet, TS POLYCET rank card 2024, TS POLYCET hall ticket 2024, aadhaar card, transfer certificate etc on the counselling day.

Steps Involved in TS POLYCET Counselling 2024 Process

The explanation of the counselling process is discussed in the following points to help candidates prepare with the required information and documents along with the fee payment that is to be made to attend the process. These steps are to be followed once candidates download TS POLYCET 2024 result and rank list. 

• Step 1: TS POLYCET 2024 Fee Payment Process: This is the first step wherein students are to pay a fee via any online payment portals. This must be processed with the submission of the candidate’s TS POLYCET credentials received during the time of registration and Date of Birth, ICR form number, register number, and application form number.  

• Step 2: Slot Booking for Document Verification: After successfully paying the fee, candidates will have to book a slot on the official website in order to process the document/certificate verification. This is to verify certificates such as PwD certificates, Caste certificates etc.  
• Step 3: Verification of Documents: This step is to physically verify the documents that a candidate avails of. Students are required to visit the designated Helpline/Document verification centres on the date and time slot that they have booked. All original documents must be presented to the official in charge at the given time and date to move forward in the process.
• Step 4: Exercising Options from affiliated institutions: After completing the verification process, a student account will be opened in order to create a link between TS POLYCET counselling candidates and the institution authorities, unique for every student. 
• Step 5: Option Entry/Choice Filling: An important step for the candidates as they have the option of filling in their choice of college and course, depending on the availability of seats in the same. Candidates must do so in the time permitted and will not be given any extra time to make the decisions. 
• Step 6: Seat Allotment: This step comes after the completion of the choice filling step by all the candidates who have qualified in the TS POLYCET 2024 examination. The allotment of seats is done based on the performance of the candidate and the choice filled in by them. Candidates can find the status of the seat allotment on the student portal, by logging in using the credentials provided in Step 4. An allotment letter will be issued on the portal which will have the college and course that they have secured a seat. A downloaded copy of the same must be taken to further the admission process at the given institution.
• Step 7: Reporting at the Allotted Institute: The candidates have to report to the Institute in which they have secured a seat, on the time and date provided. Candidates must carry the payment receipt, allotment letter, and ID proof to complete the admission process.

TS POLYCET 2024 Counselling

TS POLYCET counselling 2024 will allow candidates who have secured the qualifying marks of the TS POLYCET 2024 examination to enrol in the affiliated polytechnic colleges and avail the course of their choice with respect to Engineering/Non-Engineering subjects along with Agriculture technology.

TS POLYCET counselling process 2024 will be held in 2 phases. There will be a separate fee that qualifying candidates must pay to avail of the services of TS POLYCET counselling process 2024. The counselling session will be held for all students who have qualified for the exam and only then, can move on to the next step in the process of admission. As mentioned above, there is a verification process compulsory for all candidates for the counselling session. Students who have various certificates must submit their original certificates through TS POLYCET Web options that will be provided on the official website. Following are the other required documents that must be submitted by the candidate.
