The online application fee payment window for the registered candidates will be active on the official website till May 21, 2023. ITICAT 2023 application form correction window will be open from May 22 - 23, 2023. Candidates can edit the application form through this facility.

Steps to Fill ITICAT Application Form 2023

• Step 1: Candidates must go to the official website of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB).
• Step 2: Register by hitting the link portal using the ‘New Registration' link.
• Step 3: Enter all the personal details asked in the ITICAT online form such as name, email ID, phone number, address, date of birth, permanent reservation of Bihar or not, reservation criteria, etc.
• Step 4: After entering all the details, an activation number will be sent to the valid entered phone number. Enter that activation number in the portal.
• Step 5: After entering the activation number, sign in using a username and password.
• Step 6: Then, ITICAT Application Form 2023 will be generated on the screen. Start filling out the form by entering all the information asked on the webpage.
• Step 7: Upload the images and signature as per the prescribed format.
• Step 8: Enter all the educational details such as 10th marks, passing year, name of the board, etc.
• Step 9: Preview the application form, after entering all the details. Check the form thoroughly to avoid any kind of issues.
• Step 10: Hit the 'I Confirm the Above' button, which will be present at the bottom of the page. 
• Step 11: Proceed towards paying the application fee.

Candidates are provided with the facility where they can edit their ITICAT application form 2023 even after submitting it, only if they feel that the details entered by them are incorrect. • Candidates will be provided with an option to make changes to their application form after submission.
