Candidates who have qualified for the ICAR JRF/ SRF 2023 exam and have paid the counselling fee will be allowed to attend the ICAR JRF/ SRF 2023 counselling. It is compulsory for the selected candidates to register their names on the official website for admission through ICAR JRF/ SRF 2023 counselling.

ICAR JRF/ SRF 2023 Counselling Highlights
Candidates who do not take part in the ICAR JRF/ SRF counselling 2023 cannot participate in the admission process. Candidates will have to pay the registration fee within the specified date and time, post which no payment will be accepted. Candidates are expected to produce the original documents during the counselling process. Candidates must also note that the candidature of those candidates who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria will be canceled at the time of counselling.
- ICAR JRF/SRF 2023 Online Registration: Before appearing for counselling, the candidates have to register themselves via an online portal on the official website by paying the counselling fee of INR 2000 only. Candidates will have to provide a valid mobile number and email id which will be used to send important updates until the completion of the admission process.
- ICAR JRF/SRF 2023 Online Counselling: ICAR JRF/SRF Counselling 2023 is based on both categories as well as merit list. At the time of registering candidates have to read all the guidelines carefully. Candidates will have to choose courses and colleges in option filling. The final seat allotment will be based on the rank secured by the candidates.

ICAR JRF/SRF Counselling 2023 Process
- Step 1: Candidates have to register themselves for the online ICAR 2023 Counselling process by paying INR 2000 as a counselling fee using Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking.
- Step 2: Only the registered candidates will be able to log in to the counselling process candidates don't have to visit any other venue because the counselling process will be conducted through online mode only.
- Step 3: The qualified candidates will be permitted to make the choices of the course and the institution from the given list at the time of counselling.
- Step 4: On the website, only those courses and institutions will be displayed to the candidates where he/she is eligible for the admission as per their scores in the ICAR JRF/SRF 2023 Exam.
- Step 5: Candidates will be able to add/ modify/ delete choices over a stipulated period of time.
- Step 6: The candidates have to click the 'save' button after confirming the choices and take a printout of it as well. Candidates can update their choice any number of times before the last date and also before locking up the choices.
- Step 7: Locked choices of the candidate will be considered on the counselling day. Based on their choice, seats will be allotted to the applicants. Admission is based on factors like merit and availability of seats. After Round 1 of ICAR 2023 counselling, details regarding the course and the university will be sent to the candidate's registered email ID and mobile number.
- Step 8: Now, candidates will have to download the provisional allotment letter and take a printout of the same is to be presented at the allotted University, where after the verification of the documents of the candidates and the university will issue the final admission letter online.
