ICAR AIEEA Counselling 2023 (PG Round 3): Document Verification (Till Nov 22)

ICAR AIEEA counselling 2023 document verification process for PG round 3 will be conclude on Nov 22, 2023. Candidates must pay ICAR AIEEA seat acceptance fee by Nov 24, 2023, on the official website at icaradmission.in. Fee reconciliation and online reporting by universities will be possible on Nov 17, 2023. In addition, the admission process for ICAR AIEEA 2023 UG is done through CUET 2023. 

Admission to ICAR PG in AUs will be 30% (30% in ICAR-DUs, RLBCAU, Jhansi, and Dr. RPCAU, Pusa). The ICAR-AU system offered centralised admission to 30% of Ph.D. degree seats (subject to at least one seat for each field having a Ph.D. degree programme in the university) beginning with the Academic Session 2015-16. Admission to AUs will be limited to 30% (100% at ICAR-DUs, RLBCAU, Jhansi, and Dr. RPCAU, Pusa).

ICAR AIEEA Counselling Procedure

On Nov 9, 2023, at 5 pm., the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) began ICAR PG & PhD round 2 counselling. Candidates who have been shortlisted by the exam authorities can engage in the seat allotment and document uploading process to secure their places at participating universities. To enrol in ICAR AIEEA 2023 counselling procedure, go to the official website, icaradmission.in.

The candidates who clear the cutoff received an ICAR AIEEA counselling call letter. It should be noted that ICAR AIEEA 2023 counselling for PG will be different from ICAR AIEEA counselling 2023 for UG. Selected candidates can follow this step-by-step guide for ICAR AIEEA counselling 2023 process.

Step 1: Registration

Selected candidates have to register themselves by visiting the official website. The seats in the various participating universities and the programs offered will be displayed to candidates during the ICAR AIEEA Counselling 2023 registration procedure.

Because there are no direct admissions after the entrance exams, students must register for online ICAR counselling. Candidates must use the login credentials they created when filling out the application form to register for ICAR counselling.

Step 2: Payment

Qualified candidates must register for online counselling by paying INR 500/ through the ICAR online payment channel using a credit/debit card/net banking.

Step 3: Choice Filling

After successful payment of the counselling fee, the candidates have to choose courses and institutions. As per the eligibility criteria, the choices will be displayed on the candidate’s screen. After the choice filling, the candidates need to save their preferences. Kindly note that the choices can be updated multiple times before the end date.    

Step 4: Seat Allotment

After the choice fling, the candidates will be allotted seats as per their preference and the availability of seats. Candidates will be informed about the assigned seats by means of email/SMS. 

Step 5: Document Verification

Candidates allotted the seats can download the provisional admission letter. After that, the candidate has to report to the assigned venue for document verification. After reviewing their original papers, the institution issues the final acceptance letter to the admitted students online. If acceptance is granted, a final admission letter will be generated.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 Admission

• Following the announcement of the results, the counselling procedure will be completed online.
• There will be no other way to do counselling. It will only be available online. The authority will publicize all counselling dates.
• Admissions will be granted based on the candidate's position on the merit list. Admission to agriculture universities/institutions will require participation in online counselling.

Based on the choices filled by the candidates and the availability of seats, the candidates will be allotted seats. Follow the steps given below to know more about the seat allotment process.

Candidates who have been shortlisted for UG courses at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research will have to appear for the counselling round.

• Class 12th mark sheet

• Category certificate (Original Certificate as per Central Govt. requirements and issued by competent authority), if applicable
• Medical certificate/disability certificate (issued by Medical officer of any Government Hospital with a description of the kind and the degree of disability), if applicable
• Date of Birth certificate, if the date of birth is not mentioned on the Class 10th mark sheet.

• Counselling invitation letter

Important Documents for ICAR AIEEA PG Counselling 

Shortlisted candidates for the counselling round of ICAR AIEEA PG courses will appear for the counselling round. The candidates need to carry the following documents with them to appear for the counselling round. 

• Class 10th and Class 12th mark sheet 
• Date of birth certificate if the date of birth is not mentioned on the class 10th mark sheet 
• Undergraduate Degree Mark Sheet indicating final OGPA/CGPA or final percentage of marks 
• Category certificate if applicable (original Certificates as per Central Govt. requirements and issued by Competent Authority)
• Medical certificate/disability certificate (issued by Medical Officer of any Government Hospital along with a description of the kind of disability and the degree of disability) if applicable
• Character certificate
• Admit card 
• Counselling invitation letter 
• Three recent passport size photographs
• Suppose the candidate belongs to States/Union Territories, namely Andaman & Nicobar Islands. In that case, Arunachal Pradesh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Goa, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura for UPS categories, a Domicile certificate is required. 
• Authority letter/undertaking if the candidate is unable to attend the counselling personally.
• Valid registration certificate under the IVC Act. 1984 for Veterinary graduates only.

ICAR AIEEA Seat Matrix 2023

Candidates must register online for the ICAR AIEEA counselling round. Candidates who qualified for the ICAR AIEEA 2023 results were eligible to apply for counselling. The candidates will be admitted depending on their merit.

Only 15% of State Agricultural University seats are filled through ICAR AIEEA 2023 exam. The ICAR entrance examination is used to fill 100% of seats in ICAR participating universities.

Instructions Regarding ICAR AIEEA 2023 Counselling

• After passing the admission exams, students are required to participate in online counselling.
• Admission is only granted based on an entrance examination and a counselling session.
• The council has created a separate merit list for online counselling based on category.
• Candidates are recommended to keep three similar color passport size photographs with the same name and date as when they filled out the application form for the admission procedure.
• Candidates are only admitted during the session in which the examination is held. Candidates are not admitted to the following session.
• If the certificate presented by the candidate is discovered to be fake at the time of admission, the candidate's admission will be terminated.
