Marathwada Agriculture University was established in 1972 and is one of the four Agril Universities in the State of Maharashtra. It was established to fulfill the regional aspirations of agrarian growth. The first college of Agriculture was established in 1956 by Hyderabad State Government. MAU has the responsibilities of providing education in agriculture and allied fields, undertake research and facilitate technology transfer in Marathwada region of Maharashtra. B.Sc (Agricultural Studies)	The candidates should have completed their Secondary Education [10+2] with an aggregate of 55%.
B.Fs (Fishery Sciences)	The candidates should have completed their Secondary Education [10+2] with an aggregate of 55%
M.Tech In Food Tech	Candidate should possess B.Tech. (Food. Tech.) degree or 4 year equivalent degree from any agricultural university.
M.Sc	The candidate must have passed BSc with Chemistry as major subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
B.Sc	Candidates should have completed their Secondary Education [10+2].
MBA (Agriculture)	Candidate should have hold of any of the following bachelor’s degree - B.Sc.(Agri.)/ B.B.A. (Agriculture) / B.Sc.(ABM) / B.Sc.(BBM).
B.Tech (Food Science)	Candidate should have passed 12^th standard examination from a recognized board.
