Age limit: There is no upper age limit to appear in the entrance examination for PG courses.
Final Year Candidates: The candidates who are appearing in their qualifying examination, they are also eligible to apply. These candidates are required to produce the evidence of passing the qualifying exam in their respective NLUs and other Law schools. If they fail to produce the proof, then they will lose their admission rights.

You just have to make sure you clear your Qualifying Degree (B.Com in your case) with 55% aggregate to be eligible for CLAT PG.
The syllabus for CLAT PG changes each year but it will be based mostly on GK & Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Elementary Mathematics, Constitutional Laws, etc.
