CLAT PG 2019 Eligibility Criteria

No age limit.
Pursuing or completed LL.B with a minimum of 55%.
Pursuing or completed LL.B with a minimum of 50%.

CLAT PG 2019 Eligibility Criteria 

The CLAT 2019 Eligibility criteria have been summoned by the National Law University Odisha for the CLAT PG 2019 Exam for the aspirants who are attempting for admission to 3 or 5 years integrated LLA or LLM programme in NLUs or private institutes, universities or colleges.

  • The qualification standards for CLAT PG 2019 are the basic qualification prerequisites that the candidates must satisfy.

  • On the off chance that the hopefuls neglect to satisfy the qualification standards, at that point, their candidature will be scratched off.

  • Nationality: Only Indian nationals and NRIs are eligible for CLAT PG 2019 test.

  • Foreign Candidates: The foreign nationals desirous of taking admission to any course in any of the participating Law Universities may directly contact the concerned University having seats for foreign nationals and check on their eligibility.

  • Education Qualification: The applicants must have qualified LL.B or equivalent scoring minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST).

  • Age limit: There is no upper age limit to appear in the entrance examination for PG courses.

  • Final Year Candidates: The candidates who are appearing in their qualifying examination, they are also eligible to apply. These candidates are required to produce the evidence of passing the qualifying exam in their respective NLUs and other Law schools. If they fail to produce the proof, then they will lose their admission rights.

LLM after B.Com through CLAT PG

I wanted to ask whether I can do LLM after my B.Com this year as I'm completing my B.Com in May. So, Please suggest me something about this? What is the Syllabus for Masters in law?

Yes, It is possible for you to pursue LLM through CLAT PG.

You just have to make sure you clear your Qualifying Degree (B.Com in your case) with 55% aggregate to be eligible for CLAT PG.

The syllabus for CLAT PG changes each year but it will be based mostly on GK & Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Elementary Mathematics, Constitutional Laws, etc.
