Bihar Polytechnic DCECE is a state-level entrance examination for admission into various Polytechnic courses in Bihar. This state-level entrance examination will be held for you to get admission into undergraduate Pharmacy, Health Science, Agriculture, and DCECE Paramedical courses in Bihar. DCECE exam will be conducted and organized by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.

DCECE 2025 Eligibility

DCECE board has a set of eligibility criteria for you to fulfil to appear for the DCECE 2025 examination. The eligibility criteria has been laid down by the organizing body, BCECEB, and you have to make sure that they clear the required criteria before applying. DCECE 2025 Domicile Criteria

Youcan register for DCECE 2025 exam only if,

• The parent is a permanent resident of Bihar.
• The parent enjoys refugee status in the state.
• The parent is employed with the Bihar government.
• The parent is employed with the central government in Bihar.
• The parent works with the UN and is currently posted in the state.

DCECE 2025 Eligibility for PE

• Academic Qualification: You should have passed class X conducted by the Bihar Board or an equivalent. You should have secured at least 35% marks. You who are appearing for the final exams of class X are also eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: There is no particular age limit for you to be eligible for DCECE 2025.

DCECE 2025 Eligibility for PEE

• Academic Qualification: You must have cleared the class X exam or an equivalent and also hold a two-year ITI certificate.
• Age Limit: You have to be 18 years of age as of Jul 1, 2025.

DCECE 2025 Eligibility for PMD

• Academic Qualification: You should have passed class X or an equivalent exam with Science and English as compulsory subjects.
• Age Limit: You should be between 15 and 30 years of age.

DCECE 2025 Application Form

DCECE 2025 application form was released on the official website on Apr 03, 2025, and the last date to apply for the exam is May 01, 2025.  Once the registration process is complete, the DCECE application form 2025 correction window was activated from May 02-03, 2025.

You must apply before the last date of the DCECE 2025 application process. They are also required to submit an application fee. You can edit their application form during the DCECE application form correction window.

Once you register for DCECE 2025, you will receive an email notification that will have the login credentials. You are advised to go through the instructions before filling up the Bihar Polytechnic form 2025.

DCECE 2025 Application Fee

You can pay DCECE 2025 application fee either online or offline.

Online Payment: In case you want to pay the application fee online, they can use one of the options, such as, net banking or credit card or debit card and pay the fee (additional transaction fee may be charged by the bank).

Offline Payment: In case you want to pay using the offline mode, they will be required to drop a State Bank Challan for the required amount at the nearest State Bank branch. You will be required to pay the application fee within 7 days from filling in the application form and submitting it.

The status of the payment will be reflected in the applicant's login, for which the you must use the login credentials to check. There will not be any relaxation concerning the application fee.

Note: You must save the payment receipt that will be displayed on the screen and the payment receipt given by the bank for future reference.

Payment of DCECE 2025 Application Fee

After filling in the necessary information and uploading the documents, You can pay the application fee online as well as offline. For online payment, you can use net banking, or credit card, or debit card.

For offline payment, you are supposed to take a printout of the State Bank's challan and submit the required amount of fee to the nearest branch of the State Bank of India. You must deposit the money within 7 days of filling up the application form. You can check their payment status in the applicant's login menu using their login credentials.

Documents Required for DCECE 2025 Application

You will be requested to upload a couple of documents while filling in the application form. You cannot submit the application form without uploading the document. The conducting authority has set some parameters to upload the documents.

• Candidate's Photograph: The size of the photograph should be less than 100 KB, and if the photograph is more than the file size it will not be uploaded. The dimension of the photograph is 35mm X 45mm. The format of the file should be JPEG.
• Candidate's Signature: The dimensions of the signature should be 45mm X 35 mm. The size of the signature should be less than 100 KB. The format of the file should be JPEG. The signature will not be uploaded if they are not in the specified details.

DCECE 2025 Exam Pattern

DCECE 2025 exam pattern is set by the BCECE. You are required to go through the exam pattern, prior to starting the preparation for the exam. Seat Allotment

Based on the marks secured, the seat allotment will be conducted online. If you have been allotted seats, you must report to the reporting centre on the scheduled date.

You must download the seat allotment letter to produce during the time of physically reporting to the college. If the person fails to show up for the DCECE 2025 counselling process and does not abide by the polytechnic exam 2025 timetable, the conducting authority reserves the right to cancel the admission.

You are supposed to pay an amount of INR 1000 through a Demand Draft that must be drawn in favour of the principal of the concerned institution.
