How to Pay IIT Hyderabad Fees?
IIT Hyderabad has an online dedicated portal for fee payment, IITH EPay. IITH fee payment process is listed below.
- Visit the official IITH EPay Portal (epay.iith.ac.in) using student login credentials.
- Select fee type (tuition, hostel, or one-time) and verify the amount based on the category.
- Choose a payment method: Net banking, credit/debit card, UPI, or NEFT.
- Complete the transaction and download the receipt for confirmation.
- Late fee: INR 500/day after deadline; non-payment leads to registration hold.
- Admission confirmation: Seat secured only after full payment; partial payment for seat acceptance.
IIT Hyderabad Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy
IIT Hyderabad follows UGC refund rules for 2026. According to the UGC rules, the cancellation policy includes:
- Full 100% refund (minus INR 1,000 processing) if cancelled before classes start.
- 90% refund within 15 days of admission,
- 80% refund for cancellations between 16 and 30 days.
- 50% refund if cancelled after 30 days but before semester end.
- No refund post-semester start or after financial registration.
- Caution deposits are always refunded.
