Eligibility Criteria for Government Engineering Colleges under KCET
Students must fullfill the KCET eligibility criteria to apply for admission into various colleges. To qualify for the government engineering colleges under KCET 2024, the following criteria must be fulfilled.
- The candidates must pass 10+2 and 2nd PUC or any equivalent examination from the board recognized by the government of India.
- Candidates must score at least 45 marks (40% for SC and ST) in Mathematics and Physics, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Electronics Computer Science.
- Applicants must pass their exams with Physics and Mathematics as their main subjects and English as their language subjects.
- For B.Tech, candidates should have passed class 12th standard with a minimum of 45% of marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or Biotechnology.
- For B.Arch, candidates should have passed class 12th standard with a minimum of 50% of marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
