The SSO scholarship is an initiative of the Government of Rajasthan and its subsidiary departments to provide financial aid to underprivileged meritorious students who are domicile of the state to pursue their higher education. The students can benefit from various post-matric schemes under the Rajasthan Single Sign On (SSO) scholarship to pursue further education in the state that has over 9 universities, 250 colleges, 55000 primary schools, 7400 secondary schools, and over 40 engineering colleges. SSO Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The SSO scholarships are provided to economically weak students belonging to the Rajasthan state. The other eligibility criteria for the different schemes under the SSO scholarship are given below:

SSO Scholarship Rewards and Benefits
The scholarship covers maintenance allowance, study tour cost, book allowance, etc of the deserving underprivileged students. Other SSO scholarship benefits are given below:

SSO Scholarship Application Process
The SSO scholarship application form is accessed and submitted online. The step by step scholarship application process is given below:
- Interested applicants should visit the Rajasthan SSO Scholarship Portal.
- First-time users should click on the ‘Registration’ tab on the dashboard for initiating the registration process.
- The candidate should register by entering details such as Full Name, Mobile Number, Valid Email ID, password, etc.
- After successful registration, an ‘Account Activation Link’ is sent to the registered email ID.
- The student should click on the activation link to complete the registration process.
- The applicant should then log in to the SSO scholarship portal by entering the new login ID and password.
- The SSO scholarship application is accessed, and the candidate should fill in all the required details and upload all the supporting documents along with the application.
- Finally, the applicant should click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the scholarship application process.
- A print out of the submitted application should be taken for future reference.
SSO Scholarship Status Check
The SSO scholarship application form is submitted online. The candidates can track the status of their application through the scholarship portal. The step-wise procedure to check the application status is given below:
- The candidate should click on the SSO Scholarship Status page.
- He/ she should enter the scholarship application number and captcha displayed on the screen and click on the ‘Get Status’ button.
- The status of the scholarship application is displayed on the screen.
SSO Scholarship Documents Required
The necessary documents to be uploaded along with the SSO scholarship application form are:
- Caste certificate
- Aadhar card copy
- Original Residence certificate
- Income certificate
- Fee receipt
- Mark sheet of the last qualifying examination
- Bank account details
