NIPGR New Delhi Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) 2022 is a fellowship program initiated by the National Institute of Plant Genome Research. This fellowship is for M.Sc. degree holders with relevant laboratory experience. To be eligible, the selected candidates have to work on a project named "Genome Editing Medicated Nutritional Improvement of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)" under this fellowship.
Note: NIPGR New Delhi Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) application for 2023 still needs to be updated. However, the last date for 2022 was May 10th, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria
Students must first become eligible to apply for the NIPGR New Delhi Junior Research fellowship. Before applying for the scholarship, they must fulfil the NIPGR New Delhi Junior Research fellowship eligibility criteria below.
- Candidates must score atleast 60% marks in M.Sc. or equivalent degree in agriculture/ biotechnology/ plant science/ botany, life science or equivalent.
- Candidates must have relevant laboratory experience in plant tissue culture, molecular biology, and biochemistry.
Rewards
Candidates selected under NIPGR New Delhi Junior Research fellowship will receive compensation according to DST/DBT norms, as mentioned and approved in this project.
