IIT BHU Varanasi SERB department of electronics engineering junior research fellowship programme offers candidates with BTech and MTech degrees an opportunity to participate in a research project conducted at the Indian Insititute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. The selected fellows will receive a definite amount each month. The Indian government's Science and Engineering Board (SERB) under the Department of Science and Technology (DST) sponsors the IIT BHU Varanasi SERB department of electronics engineering junior research fellowship. Eligibility Criteria
SERB will select one fellow for the research project. The interested candidates should fulfil the following criteria to apply for the IIT BHU Varanasi SERB department of electronics engineering junior research fellowship:
- The candidates should have obtained a first-class degree in B.Tech electronics and communication engineering or a first-class degree in M.Tech electronics and communication engineering or any other allied discipline.
- They should have obtained a minimum of 75% or 7.5 CPI.
- The selection panel of the IIT BHU Varanasi SERB department of electronics engineering junior research fellowship will prefer candidates with knowledge in programming such as C/C++, python and scripting languages (Perl and Tcl/tk).
- The candidates should not be over 32 years of age as per the recent norms prescribed by the Indian government for JRF.
