DRDO-CAIR Bengaluru junior research fellowship in mathematics is an opportunity provided by the DRDO-CAIR Bengaluru. The permanent residents holding Master’s degree can apply for the scholarship. The young and meritorious candidates who want to pursue higher education in advanced research will be preferred by the DRDO team. The selected fellows for the fellowship will be rewarded with INR 31,000 and HRA per month.

Eligibility Criteria
The fellows should ensure that they are fulfilling all the requirements. All the selected candidates from the Master’s degree can apply for the DRDO-CAIR Bengaluru junior research fellowship in mathematics. Some of the necessary conditions are as follows:
- They must be at a minimum of 28 years of their age as of the closing date of the application.
- They must hold a Master’s degree in mathematics or mathematics along with computer science with first division both at Graduation/ Post graduation level from any University/ Institute certified by MHRD/ UGC with NET/ GATE qualification.

The candidates must accquire some extra knowledge about the particulars before applying the DRDO-CAIR Bengaluru junior research fellowship in mathematics. They must have knowledge of Coding theory, Cryptography, and Proficiency in computer languages.
Rewards
The selected fellows of the DRDO-CAIR Bengaluru junior research fellowship in mathematics can avail themselves for the services provided by the organization. They will be rewarded with INR 31,000. Additionally, HRA will also be alloted to the fellows.

Step 2: Then, log in with your registered ID and Password.
Step 3: Fill in all the required details.
Step 4: Upload all the relevant documents.
Step 5: Send the application along with the necessary documents by mail for the interview, as per the format provided by the advertisement, and give the title as “Application for JRF as per the Advertisement No: CAIR/SSD/72402/01”.
Note: The last date for walk-in interviews are Oct 18th, 2021 and Oct 19th, 2021 for JRF-Mathematics and JRF-Computer Science respectively.

Terms and Conditions
The fellows should agree with the terms and conditions before applying for the DRDO-CAIR Bengaluru junior research fellowship in mathematics. Some of the conditions are as follows:
- Age relaxation is allowed up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH and 3 years for OBC candidates.
- The fellowship is for 2 years, it can be extended further as per the rules of the SRF.
- No TA/DA amount will be granted to the candidates at the time of the interview.
- No facilities will be given for vehicle parking.
- Minority certificate has to be submitted by the candidates who belong to ST/SC/PH/OBC category.
- NOC has to be submitted if the candidate has been employed by the autonomous body.
- Electronic items are prohibited on the CAIR campus.
- The decision of the group will be the final decision.
- The hard copy of the applications along with the relevant documents has to be submitted at the time of the interview.
- The organization has all the right to add or neglect the applications submitted by the candidates.
- The candidate must be allowed to register for Ph.D with any known university during the span of the fellowship.
