Ciné Impact Film Fellowship 2023 is introduced by Hyphen. Hyphen is in association with India CSR which identifies and disciplines new talents from the next generation of filmmakers for independent storytelling on social issues. Under this fellowship, Any filmmaker below 25 years of age can participate in the fellowship by submitting a short film on any social issue. The selected candidates will get opportunities like mentorship, handholding, and grants for making documentaries.
For this fellowship, candidates will be required to submit a short film (1080p) of 3-20 minutes in English or Hindi languages. The beneficial candidates will also get a reward Upto INR 1,00,000.
Note: Ciné Impact Film Fellowship application for 2023 still needs to be updated. However, the expected date for 2023 will be declared soon.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicants must ensure the following requirements are fulfilled before applying for the Ciné Impact Film Fellowship 2023. The fellowship is open for Indian Nationals filmmakers who are below 25 years of age.
Rewards
The organization will offer the affected students an Upto INR 1,00,000. Here are the benefits of the Ciné Impact Film Fellowship 2023.
- Out of all the candidates who have applied, the jury will select a cohort of 10 teams who will receive the following reward.
- Filmmaking grant up to INR 1,00,000.
- Cash prizes worth INR 1,00,000.
- Filmmaking bootcamp and mentorship will be provided.
- The mentorship will be provided by accomplished and renowned filmmakers during the week-long Filmmaking bootcamp.

Selection Criteria

Terms and Conditions
There are certain conditions while applying for the Ciné Impact Film Fellowship 2023. The terms and conditions are as follows.
- The short film submitted by the candidates must be in English or Hindi Language only. It should be an original script based on any social issue.
- The duration of the short film must be 3-20 minutes with a quality of 1080p.
- The selected team members will be mentored by accomplished and renowned filmmakers during a weeklong filmmaking bootcamp.
- Each team will be given two months to create a film on the community initiative run by NOGs and corporates.
- Each team will attempt at documenting the impact brought by the interventions.
- Every film will explore different elements- whether social, economic, or cultural.
