IIT JAM Admit Card 2024 has been released today, Jan 8, 2024, by the conducting body, IIT Madras. The registered candidates can download their IIT JAM 2024 admit card from the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS 2024) website using their enrollment ID and password. IIT JAM 2024 exam will be conducted on Feb 11, 2024.

JAM 2024 admit card contains the candidate's name, registration number, photograph, signature, and IIT JAM dress code of the test papers applied, along with the name and address of the test centre allotted. Candidates must carry their admit card to the exam centre without which, they will not be allowed inside the IIT JAM Exam Centers 2024.

How to Retrieve Password for IIT JAM Admit Card 2024?

Candidates often forget their registration IDs and passwords while downloading the IIT JAM 2024 admit cards. Candidates can retrieve their enrollment numbers and passwords by following the steps mentioned below.

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website.
• Step 2: Click on the option Forgot Enrollment ID and Password.
• Step 3: Aspirants can see two options to retrieve them.
• Step 4: Candidates must select any of the given options.
• Step 5: Candidates will get the OTP on their registered contact number.
• Step 6: Reset the new password.
• Step 7: Candidates will receive their Enrollment ID via SMS.

IIT JAM Exam Day Instructions

Candidates must follow all the necessary guidelines carefully. Aspirants must carry all the relevant documents with photocopies for verification at the center. Candidates during issues must contact the authorities.

• The candidate should carefully examine an admit card for all entries made therein. Candidates during the discrepancy should inform the organizing chairman, IIT Roorkee, immediately.
• Applicants must visit their allotted centers one day before the exam to avoid any last-minute glitches.
• If a candidate fails to download the Admit Card, it should be reported to the Chairman of JAM.
• Candidates must bring valid photo identification and the printout of the downloaded IIT JAM 2024 admit card to the center.
• No candidate will be permitted to appear in the IIT JAM 2024 exam center without a valid admit card and an original ID. Candidates must verify the documents from the invigilators/JAM officials.
• IIT JAM Admit Card 2024 must be carefully preserved by the candidate and produced at the time of admission if required by Admitting Institute.
• Organizing Institute may withdraw the permission granted to a candidate to appear in JAM 2024 if a candidate is not eligible to appear in an exam.
• Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the exam ends.
