About HBSAT
Hyderabad Business School Aptitude Test (HBSAT) is a Management Entrance Test conducted by Hyderabad Business School of GITAM University for postgraduation in management. GITAM Hyderabad Business School was established in 2009 as a business school under GITAM University (Deemed). It is a National Level Entrance Test conducted once a year. HBSAT 2023 for PG will be tentatively conducted in June through an online Computer-based Test (CBT). HBSAT will be conducted in 20 test centres across India. The 2 year MBA programme at GITAM Hyderabad Business School will have a course fee of INR 7,20,600/-.

HBSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are applying for this examination; they must fulfil the below given HBSAT 2023 eligibility criteria to apply for the exam:
- Education: Students seeking admission for MBA at GHBS must have passed a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, from a recognized university, with a minimum of aggregate 50% marks. Moreover, must have previously passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Nationality: Both Indian and foreign nationals can take HBSAT. Foreign and NRI candidates need to apply only through the GMAT score.
- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit to apply for HBSAT.
- Final year graduation students or equivalent are eligible to apply, provided they submit proof of meeting the minimum eligibility criteria by August 2023.

HBSAT 2023 Application Form will be available on the official website. The candidates are interested and eligible for HBSAT 2023 to get admission in the various MBA programs- MBA Dual Specialization and MBA Fintech from Hyderabad Business School. They can fill out the application form online and offline mode. The application form can be filled out by following the procedure mentioned below.
- Registration Date: The Application Form is expected to be available on the official website of GITAM Hyderabad Business School in April 2023.
- Registration Fee: The candidates must pay the registration fee of INR 700 while filling out the application form for all candidates.
- Payment Mode: Candidates can pay the application fee both offline and online. The offline payment can be made via Demand Draft or cash by visiting the GITAM University office in person.

HBSAT 2023 Admit Card
HBSAT 2023 admit card will be available on the official website. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website by entering their application form number.
- Availability: HBSAT 2023 admit card will be available on the official website from a week before the exam.
- Download: Candidates should download the Hall-Tickets from the University website.
- Id Proof: Candidate must carry government ID proof such as Voter Id, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Passport along with the admit card.
Note:
- HBSAT 2023 admit card will be valid only if the photograph is clear and legible. And you are advised to take a coloured printout of the admit card on A4 size paper.
- In case of an illegible/unclear or no photograph on admit card, you should bring two passport-size pictures with them to affix on the admit card.
- Carrying items other than the hall ticket and the Id proof is strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
- The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them during the examination.

HBSAT 2023 Counselling
HBSAT 2023 Counselling dates will be announced on the official website. Once the result is announced, GITAM Hyderabad Institute begins the counselling and selection process. The process includes GD and PI rounds. The counselling and selection process of HBSAT 2023 is discussed in the following points.
- GD and PI: The qualified students will be called for the next round in the selection process, i.e. Group discussion and Personal interview at the GITAM Hyderabad Business School Campus in Rudraram. The process is similar to any B-School procedure. Your physical presence is mandatory, and requests to be done via Skype will not be entertained.
- Final Result: The final student selection will be based on the marks obtained in HBSAT 2023, group discussion, and personal interview.
- Counselling: Candidates who clear the HBSAT 2023 will be called for counselling after the results are announced. The date of the counselling will be intimidated to students through email.
- The candidates must appear in person for physical counselling for admission before the Admission Committee. No relaxation of any kind is permissible in this regard.
- Candidate must bring the following documents in original at the time of counselling (to be taken back by the candidate after verification) along with two sets of attested photocopies:
- Class 10th mark sheet,
- Address Proof,
- 12th standard mark sheet,
- Valid Score of MAT/ GMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ NMAT,
- Pre-final Year Mark sheets (of all semesters).
- All other documents must be submitted during orientation and then appear before the Document Verification Committee for verification of documents.
- The admission committee shall allot the seats to the candidates in order of merit, subject to their availability. The candidates must deposit fees on the spot through Demand Draft, Credit/ Debit Card or Cash.
- The seat shall be deemed to be allotted only on the fee deposition. If a candidate fails to deposit the price on the spot, the right to admission shall be forfeited, and the seat shall be offered to the candidate next to the merit list.
