CEED Application Form 2026 : Date, Registration Link, How to Fill, Application Fees

CEED Application Form 2026 will be released by IIT Bombay in the first week of October. The last to register for the exam with regular will be in November 2026.  A few days before the exam, registered candidates will be able to download the CEED admit card 2026.

Steps to Apply for CEED 2026 Exam? 

CEED 2026 application form filling process will start in October 2025. You will be able to register for the exam till November 2026.

Step 1 - CEED Registration 2026

To fill out the CEED 2026 application form, you have to register themselves first by providing the required details.

Candidates must note that they must provide a valid email ID at the time of CEED registration, as important information will be sent on the same.

Step 3 - Enter the Qualification Details

Step 4 - Login

The login information for candidates will be their email addresses and passwords. Students must input their registered cellphone number in the login box in order to obtain an OPT on that device. • When completing the application form, students may select a maximum of three CEED exam centres 2026.

• After entering all the necessary details, click "Save." The screen will show the completely equipped CEED registration for 2026. Verify the information, then press the "Confirm" button.

Step 5 - Upload the Required Document

Candidates must upload the required documents in accordance with the requirements listed in the table above. After the documents have been uploaded, select "Pay Fee and Submit" from the menu.

Step 6 - Make the Payment

The fee to apply for CEED 2026 varies depending on the category. Candidates may use credit cards, debit cards, or net banking to pay CEED application costs online.

CEED Application Fee 2026

CEED 2026 application fee is to be paid by the aspirants through the payment option provided on the website while submitting the registration form. Detailed instructions related to the CEED 2026 application form fee payment are given on the online registration portal. Credit card, debit card and net banking options are available.

CEED registration fee below does not include service and other charges and the processing fees that the banks may levy. CEED 2026 application fee for different categories is tabulated below.

Note: Late fee of INR 500 applies to all candidates for registrations submitted after the regular closing date.

Documents to Upload for CEED 2026 Application Form

Following are the documents that the IIT Bombay Board requests for CEED 2026. These documents are to be uploaded by every candidate who aspires to attend the examination. The files need to be uploaded within the given size and format, which is provided below.

Candidates must have all the documents in their original form. CEED 2026 Board will not consider discrepancies in the same from the candidate's side. Find the requirements below.

• The file containing the candidate's recent passport-size color photograph must be in a .jpg File Format.
• Scanned copy of your signature - .jpg File Format 
• A scanned copy of your Degree/ Diploma certificate, which must be in PDF format. If the course is completed. 
• If you do not have the final degree certificate, please upload a copy of the final year mark list or the provisional certificate. If the course is not completed, a certificate from the Principal of the college / Head of the department in PDF format.
• Students from different backgrounds such as Engineering/Btech and Commerce Finance can also apply for the exam. CEED 2026 application form is available for students from all disciplines, provided they have completed the course. 
• Candidates who are applying in the SC / ST / OBC-NCL category have to produce valid category certificates in PDF Format issued by authorities of the CEED 2026 test. OBC-NCL certificates issued ONLY from April 1, 2021, onwards are accepted.
• Candidates applying in person with a PWD category should produce a valid medical certificate in PDF format issued by the authority.
• PWD candidates requiring compensatory time during the exam need to upload a request letter.
• Candidates with Dyslexia must obtain a certificate from the Principal/Head of the College/Institution.
• Candidates whose name is not the same as the name on the Degree/ Diploma certificate should produce a gazette notification, a marriage certificate, or scanned pages of the passport showing the change of name in PDF Format.

Note: The documents mentioned above are to be uploaded as electronic files during the online registration. Paper copies of these documents or any other documents will not be entertained.

CEED Application Form 2026 Guidelines

To maintain a uniform and smooth CEED application process, candidates must follow certain rules to complete CEED application procedure. Students are to check their eligibility and the verification documents that are required to be uploaded. The guidelines for CEED 2026 application procedure are given below, 

• Paper copies of the above-given documents or any other documents will not be entertained and hence should not be sent to the JEE (Advanced)-UCEED, CEED office.
• The online application form is a process that requires only the electronic uploading of documents and verification. There is no exception in this matter. 
• The CEED application form download is strictly online. 
• Photograph and Signature: Admit Card and Scorecard should include the photograph and signature submitted by the candidate. Submission of a poor-quality photograph and/or signature may lead to the rejection of the application form.
• Category Information: Merit List (Rank) will be prepared as per the candidate's category in the registration form. Hence, it is the candidate's responsibility to furnish the correct category certificate in the form.
• Valid Information: It will be the responsibility of the candidate to provide the correct information regarding the qualifying exam and category and upload the correct documents in the required formats in the online Application Form. 
• Incomplete Forms: If the application form is incomplete in any respect, it will be rejected, and the registration will be considered to be invalid.
• Admission: The admitting institutes have the right to cancel, at any stage, the admission of a candidate per the rules and regulations in force. If it is found that any information provided by the candidate is incorrect or the registration is incomplete, they can terminate the admission process.

CEED Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates who wish to sit for the CEED entrance exam 2026 must meet the requirements for eligibility. The minimal qualifying exam, age restriction, etc. are specified in the CEED eligibility criteria 2026. View the list of 2026 CEED eligibility requirements below.

• Applicants must have successfully completed a 3-year degree, diploma, or postgraduate degree programme (after the 10+2 level). However, in order to be admitted, students must pass the qualifying exam.
• Students may enroll for CEED if they complete the GD Arts diploma programme (10+5 level) by July 2023.
• There is no upper age limit for submitting an application for CEED 2026.
• Students may take the CEED more than once.
