How to Fill UCEED 2024 Application Form?
UCEED application form 2024 can be submitted without a late fee by Nov 13, 2023. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to fill out the UCEED application form 2024 and apply for the exam. The last date to fill the by paying a late fee was Nov 20, 2023.
- Registration: In order to fill out UCEED form, candidates need to first visit the official website and create their login credentials. UCEED registration ID is created once candidates provide their name, mobile number, date of birth, and email ID.
- As and when the candidates provide these details, they will receive an email from IIT Bombay on their registered email ID, which will contain their application number and password. The exact details will also be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number. The candidates can also check their UCEED application status with these credentials.

- Fill in the Personal Details: Once the candidates have successfully created their registration ID, they need to visit the official website again, log in with their application number and password, and fill in the following details in each field. The details that need to be provided are listed below.

- Selection of Test Centres: Aspirants need to select three test city choices where they want to appear for UCEED exam. Candidates need to mention their first, second, and third preference for UCEED exam centres. Once the application form is submitted, no request for a change in the test city is entertained.

Documents Required for UCEED 2024 Application Form
Below is a list of certificates and other documents to be uploaded at the time of online registration for UCEED exam. The certificates must be in the Central Government format as in the appendices below.
- A recent color photograph of a full frontal (face) view, with the head centred in the frame covering 70–80% of the photograph and taken within the last six months. The photograph should be such that it allows unambiguous identification of the candidate (only JPEG image formats with file extension .jpg will be accepted)
- Scanned copy of the candidate's full signature on white paper (only JPEG image formats with file extension .jpg will be accepted)
- Qualifying examination certificate, if appeared in 2020 (only PDF formats with file extension .pdf will be accepted)
- For candidates appearing in 2024 for the board exam, a certificate from the school/college principal in the given format should be uploaded (only PDF formats with file extension .pdf will be accepted). If the name is not the same as in the Class XII certificate, a gazette notification showing the change of name (only PDF formats with file extension .pdf) will be accepted. How to Fill UCEED B.Des Application Form at Participating Institutes?
As part of UCEED admission process, the candidates must also fill out the B.Des (Bachelor of Design) application form of the participating institute. Candidates who pass UCEED 2024 exam must follow the requirements outlined below to get admission to one of the four participating colleges.
- Step 1: Check eligibility criteria for admission as per the candidate's category.
- Step 2: Check the seat matrix of the participating college.
