BLAT eligibility criteria 2023 set by the Banaras Hindu University should be checked by the candidates before applying for BLAT 2023. All the details of the eligibility criteria are described below. BLAT 2023 Eligibility Highlights

The minimum BLAT 2023 eligibility requirement for LLB (Hons) is BA/B.Sc/B.Com/Shastri (at least 10+2+3 pattern), is a minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Any other degree under the pattern 10+2+3 recognized by the Bar Council of India securing a minimum of 50% in aggregate considering. The age restriction for BHU Law has been removed by the Supreme court and hence candidates of all ages are eligible to apply for the test.

BLAT 2023 eligibility criteria for LLB (Hons.) is mentioned below. Candidates are advised to check each point before filling out the forms and ensure that they are eligible to avoid rejection of candidature in further rounds.

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed BA/ B.Sc/ B.Com (at least 10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized college/ university which is recognized by Bar Council of India.
  • Marks: The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks considering all the compulsory subjects in the three years.
  • Other Degree: Any other Degree under at least 10+2+3 pattern which is recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of admission to LLB with minimum 50% marks.
  • Any candidate not fulfilling the following eligibility criteria will not be allowed to appear for BLAT 2023.

BLAT 2023 Eligibility for BA LLB (Hons.)

BLAT 2023 eligibility criteria for BA LLB (Hons.) is mentioned below. Candidates are advised to check each point before filling out the forms and ensure that they are eligible to avoid rejection of candidature in further rounds.

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board or the candidates who are appearing in the final examination are eligible to appear for this program.
  • Minimum Marks: The candidate appearing for BLAT 2023 must have secured a minimum 50% marks for the general category and 45% marks for OBC category and 40% marks in the case of SC/ ST candidates.
  • Any candidate who has failed to satisfy BLAT 2023 eligibility criteria they will be barred from admission.
