B.E Special Education is a course which focuses on the training of candidates who want to take up teaching specially-abled kids.

The minimum qualification required for entry is successful completion of graduation (B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com.), from a recognized university.
A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the postgraduate level if one has completed his PG and wants to join this course.
The admission is through the B.Ed entrance exam conducted by the states and institutions for the intake of students.
Often followed by a round of personal interview, wherein their general aptitude for the course is tested.
