UCEED Exam Centres: Total Centres, Reporting Time, Exam Day Guidelines

UCEED Exam Centre 2026 will be allotted at 27 different locations. An exam city may have one or more exam centres. When filling out the UCEED 2026 application form, you will be able to select your preferred exam city. It is necessary to choose THREE cities (in order of preference). Requests for changes to the UCEED 2026 exam centre (city) will not be considered. The reporting time of UCEED exam 2026 is 7:00 am.

The name and address of the exam centre assigned to you will be included on the UCEED 2026 admit card. The admit card will also include information such as the exam centre's reporting time, a list of goods permitted and prohibited inside the UCEED exam centre, and so on. The exam is scheduled to be held on Jan 18, 2026 (9:00 am to 12:00 pm).

Overview of UCEED Exam Centres

You are given to choose any three UCEED exam centres in India while filling out the application form in chronological order as per their preference. After submitting the UCEED registration form 2026, you cannot change your options for the UCEED 2026 exam centre. Therefore, individuals should exercise caution when choosing the UCEED test centre. The exam will be held in 27 different locations.

NOTE:

• You should compulsorily opt for three cities of your choice among UCEED Exam Hall 2026, in the order of preference, at the time of online application. Once the application is submitted, a request for a change of city will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• If enough of you are not available in a listed city, then that city may be dropped from the final list, and those of you will be allotted a centre in the city of either your second choice or third choice.
• Additionally, because of operational contingencies, the Committee reserves the right to add a new city/ town or remove an existing one and allot a city/ town that may not be among your choices.
• A listed city may have more than one examination centre. A request for a change of centre within the same city/town will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.

UCEED Test Centre International Centre (Dubai)

The ones opting for the UCEED Dubai centre should also compulsorily opt for two cities of your choice from above 24 Indian cities, in the order of preference, at the time of online application. If the number of registrations is less than 25, then the Dubai centre may be dropped from the final list, and those of you will be allotted a centre from the 2 Indian cities of your choice, in the order of preference.

UCEED Exam Day Instructions

The ones taking the UCEED 2026 exam must abide by the following guidelines at UCEED Exam Centres 2026. 

• You must carry your UCEED admit card 2026 along with a valid copy of the identity proof to the exam centres.
• You must bring an original copy of the identity card to the exam centres. Digital or photocopy of the identity proof is not acceptable.
• The Reporting Time at the Centre: Candidates must report to the exam centres an hour before the commencement of the UCEED entrance exam.
• You must prove your candidature to the concerned authority at the test centre. 
• Impersonation in the examination is a serious offence and will lead to your disqualification and criminal proceedings against you.
• You must remain in the examination hall for the entire duration of the UCEED examination.
• You must check and be present at the right centre on the exam day as per the address and schedule given on the admit card.
• Invigilators, as well as IIT representatives, will verify your identity. If your identity is in doubt, then you may not be allowed to appear for the examination.
• You will NOT be allowed to carry any electronic device (mobile phones, smartphones, digital/smart watches, calculators, tablets), abacus, slide rule, logbooks, study material of any type, geometry box, and so on to the examination hall.
• Part A of the examination is a computer-based test. If there are any technical problems, you may approach the invigilator for assistance. Steps will be immediately taken to remedy the problem or assign a different computer terminal if required. You will get the allotted time to attempt your paper even in the event of any technical problem, and the time lost due to technical problems shall be automatically adjusted in the server.

Things to Carry to UCEED Exam Centre

UCEED is a computer-based test. However, you are advised to carry a pen or pencil for the test. Apart from this, you are also advised to carry the below-mentioned documents to their UCEED exam centre 2026. 

• UCEED Admit Card: A mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. The one without a valid copy of your admit card will not be allowed to take the exam.
• Photo ID: You must carry a valid and original photo ID proof to the exam centre. You can carry documents like PAN card/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card/ Ration Card. 
• Photo: Lastly, you must carry a passport-size photograph to the exam centre. The photograph must be the same as used by you when filling out the application form.
