INI CET Counselling: Open Round Registration, Seat Allotment Result, Reporting

INI CET counselling 2025 for the Jul session has been released, along with the information brochure being conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS.

The INI CET 2025 Open Round counselling online registration and choice filling will be conducted from Jul 25, 2025 to Jul 31, 2025. The seat allocation result for the Open Round will be announced on Aug 23, 2025.

Candidates must accept the allotted seat online between Aug 25, 2025 and Aug 30, 2025. Finally, students must report to their respective allotted institutes between Aug 25, 2025 and Aug 30, 2025 to complete the admission formalities.

The INI CET round-2 counselling seat allotment result has been announced on Jul 10, 2025, followed by the reporting from Jul 11 to 16, 2025.

Candidates must download the counselling INI CET 2025 seat allotment results from the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in. INI CET 2025 counselling results, including the designated college, category, and overall rank, are available online in PDF format. 

The INI CET Mock round INI CET counselling 2025 began with choice filling on Jun 14, 2025, and the last date to declare online choices for INI CET counselling 2025 was Jun 17, 2025. Seat allotment result for mock round counselling was declared on Jun 18, 2025.

INI CET Counselling Procedure

Participation in the counselling rounds requires online registration on the AIIMS counselling official website. They must fill out the official portal with their preferred specialisation and colleges.

The seat allocation list for INI CET 2025 counselling is then prepared by AIIMS Delhi while considering several factors, including the candidate's choices, the availability of seats, the INI CET 2025 result, the reservation criteria, etc.

Step 1: Registration

The following steps are involved in INI CET counselling registration:

• To apply for the INI CET counselling 2025, candidates must create an account on the official website, aiimsexams.org.
• An entirely new candidate ID and password will be established following the registration process

Step 2: Filling in the Preferences

Candidates must complete this stage by logging into their registered account and then following these instructions:

• Select "Make a Decision"
• Choose the favourite AIIMS counselling institution to expand your options.
• Click "Add Choice" now.
• Click the "Delete" button next to the drop-down to eliminate a selection.
• Click "Save" after completing the preference fields.
• Verify the selections by checking them again.
• Once made, decisions cannot be altered.

Step 3: Allotment Result for the Mock Round of INI CET Counselling 2025

The seat allocation list for the mock round of INI CET counselling is created based on the preferences submitted by the enrolled candidates.

Step 4: Final Submission of Campus Preference

The following are some options for the final submission of AIIMS counselling: 

• Before the final seat allocation list for the INI CET is created, this is the last opportunity for a candidate to alter or change their selections.
• Candidates will not be considered for the subsequent round of INI CET counselling in 2025 if they do not submit their preferences for that round.

A final list of selected candidates will be prepared and displayed on the AIIMS counselling website.

INI CET 2025 Seat Allotment Process

• AIIMS, New Delhi, will conduct the INI CET 2025 seat allocation process online. Aspirants will be given admission to MD/MS/DM/MCh/MDS seats during the INI CET seat allocation process for the Jul session 2025.
• Admission to INI CET counselling will be done for all rounds based on choices made, seats available in the specific college/specialization, INI CET result 2025, reservation criteria, and other variables.
• The INI CET seat distribution process will be carried out for enrolled candidates. INI CET mock counselling 2025 is held before the counselling process to give candidates an idea of how seats will be assigned.

Step 6: Accept or Decline the Allocated seat

Those on the INI CET 2025 seat allocation list can accept or reject the assigned seat. The following options are available to candidates after they check into their AIIMS counselling registered account:

Option 1: Accept the seat assigned to you and state that you do not wish to participate in additional rounds.

Option 2: Candidates should take the seat and indicate their readiness for the AIIMS counselling second round.

Candidates must accept the seat offered in Round 2 if they select Option 2. The seat allotted in the first round will be deemed vacant, and another contender will automatically be given it in the order of merit. Failure to accept the improved seat would result in a 3 Lakh INR fine.

Candidates are unable to decline the seat that has been assigned to them. Candidates must make the choices after logging into their accounts on the AIIMS counselling official website.

One forfeits the assigned seat and loses eligibility for further rounds, except the open round of seat allocation, if they choose not to select an alternative.

Documents Required for INI CET Counselling 2025

Aspirants must report to the specified institution for document verification when seats are allotted in the counselling process. The applicants must bring the below-listed documents, with at least two sets of photocopies, to the institute allotted to them at INI CET counselling.

• Letter of Allotment
• Registration Slip
• MBBS or BDS Degree
• Scorecards of MBBS or BDS
• Certificate of Completion of Internship (issued on or before Jun 30, 2025)
• Scorecards of Classes 10 and 12
• Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI (or the state councils)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable).

The candidates must report to the allocated institute with all the required documents. Aspirants must submit documents to the university to verify their authenticity before granting admission.
