NIMHANS Bangalore provides various infrastructure facilities. NIMHANS facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls. It also includes a hostel facility for staff and doctors. Kabini Hostel:
Kabini hostel accommodation in this hostel is for Post-MBBS resident doctors and other medical doctors doing Ph.D. or postdoctoral fellowships. The hostel has 192 rooms in total but 32 rooms are provided as guest rooms.

The Men's and Staff hostel is situated near the administrative block of NIMHANS. Bonafide students of NIMHANS are eligible to seek admission to the men's and staff hostel.
