AP LAWCET results 2023 for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB will be released on the official website in Jun 2024. Along with the result, the rank card has also been released. Candidates must provide their registration number and hall ticket number to download the result. Candidates seeking admission to LLB programs offered at various colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh must qualify for AP LAWCET 2023.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the Andra Pradesh State Council of higher education and click on AP LAWCET result.
• Step 2: In AP LAWCET 2023 Home Page click on "View Result" link.
• Step 3: Enter AP LAWCET 2023 register number and LAWCET 2023 hall ticket number. Then click on the "Submit" button.
• Step 4: Download and take the printout of the scorecard and further reference.

• Raw Scores- The official authority will take the guidance of the marking scheme and accordingly calculate the scores. Every right answer will be awarded 1 mark and for wrong answers, there will be no marks deducted as AP LAWCET 2023 has no negative marking.
• Merit List- AP LAWCET merit list 2023 will then be prepared as per the results earned by the candidates in the exam.
• Rank Determination- Candidates will be assigned their ranks as per their marks obtained in AP LAWCET 2023. These ranks will be applicable for both the 3-year and 5-year programs.

Qualifying Criteria for AP LAWCET 2023

The qualifying criteria in AP LAWCET are different for each category. The details regarding the same are given below:

For General Category: AP LAWCET 2023 candidates will have to score a minimum of 35% in the test (i.e., 42 marks out of the total score of 120) to qualify for assessment and AP LAWCET ranking.

For Reserved Category: Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories will not need any minimum qualifying marks for AP LAWCET 2023.

Tie-Breaking Criteria in AP LAWCET 2023

In the case that 2 or more candidates receive the same marks, the tie will be broken as per the subsequent criteria.

• The student earning higher marks in Part C of AP LAWCET will be considered.
• If the tie remains, then the student with higher marks in Part B of AP LAWCET will be considered.
• If the tie continues, then both students will receive the same rank, but the older one will be prioritized in the admission process.
