AMIE Eligibility Qualification 2023

AMIE 2023 Educational Qualifications
Diploma candidates who have completed their courses with the qualifying score can apply for AMIE 2023.
- Candidates must have completed class 10+2 along with Diploma engineering courses and can apply for the examination.
- AMIE M.Tech eligibility criteria include a requirement for candidates to have completed 10+2 and B.Tech with an aggregate of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- English language proficiency will be tested; hence candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% in English during the prior Degree/Diploma course.
- PCM subjects are a strict requirement. AMIE Architecture must possess 10+2 grade completion with the mentioned subjects.
AMIE 2023 Eligibility for Diploma Candidates Lateral Entry
Aspirants who have completed an engineering diploma course with an aggregate percentile must have attempted and passed 13 subjects, including four subjects in Section A and nine subjects in Section B.
- Candidates entering post-diploma must possess a Polytechnic Diploma and/or from IETE, IME, ICE, IGNOU, CIPET, and NTTF to get into the lateral entry directly to the second year.
- Candidates who do not possess a diploma must have completed 19 subjects, ten subjects in Section A and nine in Section B.
AMIE 2023 Age Limit and Nationality
Candidates who have reached the age of 18 years can attempt the examination. Candidates must be a resident of India as well as a citizen of the country. The verification process will include cross-checking of nationality through the permanent address of the candidate.
AMIE 2023 Application Process
Candidates passing the required examination qualifications can progress to the application procedure on the official website, which includes a detailed form to be filled and submitted with the supporting documents to the conducting body.
