Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2023 Process
For admissions into MD/MS/MDS courses, candidates need to register themselves online through the admission web portal. Haryana NEET PG counselling 2023 will be conducted for 50% state and AIQ quota, respectively.

Round 1 |
The conducting authority will release the merit list for all qualified candidates. The seats will be assigned based on the marks scored in the NEET PG entrance exam. However, candidates must qualify for the cutoff of the particular college and the course they have applied. Additionally, candidates must present all mandated records to the college for admission. |
Round 2 |
Round 2 will be held for all the candidates who were unable to reserve a seat in round 1. Moreover, in round 2, fresh applicants will be considered, i.e., candidates who did not register in round 1 can register now. Nonetheless, the candidates who applied for round 1 and did not get any seats need not re-register. However, if candidates wish to participate in round 2 must select a new preference. |
Vacant Seats |
Suppose there are vacant seats after both rounds are completed for the government and government-aided medical colleges. In that case, the seats will be assigned per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare guidelines. Further, the private medical college seats will be transformed into management quota seats. |
NOTE: In addition, if the candidates like to upgrade their preferences, they must mail a written application to the respective authority. These candidates will be kept on the waiting list. Once the individual counselling rounds are complete, the candidates on the waiting list will be given a chance, provided the colleges or the courses they applied for are available.

To participate in Haryana NEET PG counselling 2023, candidates must be a citizen of India and bonafide residents of Haryana or wards of residents of Haryana who have passed MBBS/MDS from any recognised institution can also apply. Some of the additional eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Candidates from any state domicile can apply for admission to medical courses through the management quota.
- All candidates must have finished their rotatory internship form recognised Medical/ Dental Council of India on 31.03.2023.
- Further, candidates must qualify for the NEET PG entrance exam.
- Candidates applying for admission to certain categories must satisfy the qualifying criteria as mentioned by NBE for the current academic year and as per regulations of MC/DCI issued from time to time.

Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences publishes the provisional NEET PG counselling merit list. Once the merit list is released, candidates must report to the assigned institutes. In case of any discrepancy, candidates must address it to the conduct committee.
After all the discrepancies are solved, the organising authority will release the final Haryana counselling NEET PG merit list.
