NEET PG counselling 2026 scheduled will be released after the NEET PG 2026 results declaration. It is extremely important to register for the NEET PG counselling to secure admission to a postgraduate medical programme such as MD (Doctor of Medicine)/ MS (Master of Surgery) and PG Diploma courses.

What Is the Registration Process of NEET Counselling 2026?
NEET PG counselling registration will be conducted online and the candidates must register separately for All India Quota (AIQ) and state quota counselling, as both are handled by different authorities.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts counselling for:
- 50% All India Quota seats
- Deemed universities
- Central universities
- DNB courses
State quota counselling is conducted by the respective state counselling authorities.

The original documents are required to be produced during the time of counselling for NEET-PG and during reporting to the allocated institute by the candidate.

What Is the Fee for NEET Counselling 2026 Registration?
Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit to participate in NEET PG counselling. The NEET PG fee structure is as follows:

What Are the Refund Rules for NEET Counselling 2026 Fees?
Whether or not a candidate is given a seat, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, there are certain circumstances in which the security deposit is refunded.
Candidates are entitled to a refund of the security deposit if they are not assigned a seat or if they exit counseling in accordance with MCC regulations. The security deposit may be lost if a candidate is given a seat but doesn't show up or disobeys counseling regulations.
