Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for uni-GAUGE are required to have to follow educational qualifications.
- You should have qualified for the Class 12/10+2/Second PUC from a recognized Central or State Educational Board of India.
- You need to have qualified your Class 12/10+2/Second PUC with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as the compulsory subjects along with any other technical vocational subject as the optional one.
- For BE/B.Tech in Biotechnology: If you have applied for BE/BTech in Biotechnology, you need to have qualified your Class 12/10+2/Second PUC from any recognized educational boards with Physics, Mathematics, Biology/Biotechnology and English as the compulsory subjects along with one optional technical vocational subject.
- Diploma: If you are interested in applying for a Diploma, you can appear for this exam.
- Applicants who are taking the qualifying exam and expect to receive the required percentage of marks are also eligible to apply.
Marks Obtained
You should have obtained at least 45% aggregate marks in your Class 12/10+2/Second PUC and passed the individual subjects. For the SC/ST/OBC category, then a 40% minimum aggregate in Class 12/10+2/Second PUC is required. If you haven't cleared Class 12th yet and are appearing for the Class 12th exams in the designated year, you can still apply for Uni-GAUGE 2023.
Age Limit

Other Eligibility Criteria
Participating universities/institutions will make additional criteria, such as the number of attempts, age limit, and reservations for regional, social, economic, and linguistic minorities, if applicable, available on their respective websites.
While filling out the online application form, applicants will be required to declare their eligibility to the ERA foundation. However, as required, the essential proofs must be submitted directly to universities/institutions.
