DUET 2022 exam schedule for PG and PhD programs have been released by NTA on Sep 21, 2022. CUET 2022 exam will be held from Oct 17 - Oct 21, 2022. NTA is expected to release the DUET 2022 admit card soon. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website and also this page to avoid missing out on any important notifications. 

A fake notice related to DUET 2022 exam dates is being circulated. DUET 2022 authorities have urged the concerned people to be cautious of such misleading information and trust information only from the official websites of NTA and Delhi University. DUET 2022 Exam Dates

DUET 2022 PG and PhD exams will be conducted by NTA from Oct 17 - Oct 21, 2022. The conducting authority will also release the admit card for DUET 2022 soon on the official website.

DUET 2022 authorities have issued a clarification regarding a fake email and notification that is being circulated. The official authorities have clarified that emails sent from ids such as [email protected], [email protected], etc., are fake. Similarly, a phoney notice is also being circulated regarding misleading dates for the exam.

Delhi University has urged the concerned people to be cautious and trust notifications only from the official websites of NTA and Delhi University. Candidates are also advised to note that the Delhi University only corresponds through email ids ending with "du.ac.in".

About DUET Exam

DUET 2022 is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of Delhi University for admission into various university postgraduate and doctorate courses. Delhi University (DU) has 77 affiliated colleges and 1.32 lakh regular students. The Honourable Vice-President of India is the Chancellor of the university.

DUET is conducted once a year and will be conducted online as a computer-based test (CBT). The test would be conducted at various Delhi University campuses. The exam highlights for the DUET entrance exam are tabulated below.

Aspirants who had completed their bachelor's degree in the appropriate field can apply for the DUET 2022 exam. The candidates had to meet an aggregate score to apply for the exam. DUET 2022 Application Form

The last date to submit DUET 2022 Ph.D application form was Jul 10, 2022. Candidates had to register for the exam before the deadline to appear for the entrance exam. The last date for the form submission was extended by the conducting body. 

The last date to submit DUET 2022 application form for PG programs was Jun 30, 2022. There was a separate application form portal for M.Phil./PhD courses under DUET 2022. Candidates were advised to check their eligibility before applying for the exam. 

How to Apply Online for DUET 2022 Exam?

The DUET 2022 application form was available on the official website of Delhi University (DU). Only after submitting the application form were candidates able to write the DUET 2022 examination. The step-by-step process to complete the DUET 2022 application process is given below.

Step 1: Visit the Website

Candidates should visit the official website of Delhi University and click on either 'PG Admissions Portal 2022' or 'PG Admissions Portal 2022' according to the candidate qualification.

To access the admissions portal for the first time, candidates must register by providing a valid email ID and generate login details by clicking the 'New User Registration button.

A confirmation email will be sent to the candidate's email ID, and they must click the same for registration. The email ID will be the username of the candidate, and it must be kept handy along with the password to access the portal for future reference.

Step 2: Upload Photograph/ Signature

Candidates should upload their passport size photograph and a scanned copy of their signature. Both the photographs and signature should be either in JPEG or PNG format, and the size should be less than 50 KB. Candidates must also upload the qualifying examination marks document. For PG courses, candidates must upload their UG course certificates.

Candidates must provide details about their identity proof. They are required to upload a scanned copy of any photo identity proof such as Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, Voter's ID or PAN card.

Once all the documents mentioned above are submitted, the candidate can submit them by clicking on the 'Submit My Profile' option.

Step 3: Enter Credentials

After the document submission, candidates must provide their educational details and the course to which they are applying. Applicants must enter all the personal details such as the candidate's name, date of birth, father's and mother's name, etc.

Candidates must check all their inputs and click on the 'Save Application' option.

If any error was spotted while entering the credentials, the applicants could click on the 'Edit' option and rectify the errors.

Step 4: Complete Payment

The last step of the DUET 2022 application process is the fee payment. Candidates must complete the fee payment, or their application form will not be submitted.

Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe and Economically Weaker Section students did not have to pay the total amount for the DUET 2022 registration fee payment. DUET 2022 application payment could be paid through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI. The application fee, once submitted, was not refunded under any circumstances.

DUET PG 2022 admit card will be released on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) before the examination is conducted.

ID Proof: The candidate must carry a government ID proof such as a Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport, along with the DUET 2022 admit card.

  • Step 2: On the website's homepage, click on the 'Release of DUET Admit Card' option under the 'Latest @ NTA' tab.
  • Step 3: A new page will be redirected. Enter the form number and date of birth (YYYYMMDD format) as credentials to log in.
  • Step 4: The DUET 2022 admit card will be displayed on the screen. Check all the details mentioned and download the admit card.
  • Step 5: Take the printout of the admit card to be shown at the test centre.

DUET Admit Card 2022 Important Points

DUET 2022 admit card will be valid only if the photograph is clear and legible. Candidates were advised to take a colored printout of the admit card on A4 size paper. In case of illegible/ unclear or no photograph on admit card, the applicants had to bring two passport size color photographs with them to affix on the admit card.

Carrying any items other than the hall ticket and the ID proof is strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. The candidates are requested to read all the instructions on the DUET 2022 admit card carefully and strictly follow them when the examination is conducted.

DUET 2022 Counselling

After the results are announced, candidates who qualify in DUET 2022 will be called for the counselling process. The date of the counselling will be intimated to students through email. The candidates must appear for DUET 2022 counselling for admission before the Admission Committee. No relaxation of any kind will be given in this regard.

The admission committee shall allot the seats to the candidates in order of merit, subject to their availability, and the candidates shall be required to deposit fees on the spot either through cash, demand draft (DD), credit/ debit card. 

The seat shall be deemed to be allotted only on the deposition of the fee. If a candidate fails to deposit the fee on the spot, then the right to admission will be forfeited, and the seat will be offered to the candidate who is next on the DUET 2022 merit list.

What is the registration procedure for the DUET Exam?
