Steps to Download the Tripura NEET Merit List of 2023

Applicants must follow the steps provided below to download the merit list of Tripura NEET 2023. 

• Candidates are required to visit the official website. 
• Candidates must click the link provided for Tripura NEET merit list 2023.
• The screen will display the Tripura MBBS and BDS merit list in PDF format, where candidates can check their qualifying status by finding their roll numbers.
• Applicants are advised to verify the details in the column of their roll number and take three to four printouts of the rank list.

Document Verification for Tripura NEET Merit List 2023

The responsible authority will release a schedule for the document verification for all applicants whose names appear Tripura MBBS/BDS rank list.

Tripura NEET Merit List 2023 Tie-breaking Criteria

Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the NEET exam, the DME and Tripura officials will prepare the Tripura NEET Merit List 2023.

The admission authority will follow its tie-breaking policy if there is a tie between two or more candidates during preparation.

Tie-breaking policy for the Tripura MBBS 2023 merit list is given as follows:

• In the merit list of Tripura MBBS, the candidate who scored higher marks in Biology will be given first preference.
• Candidates with higher marks in Chemistry will be preferred if a tie still exists.
• The tie will be resolved by giving preference to the candidate with the least number of negative marks in the NEET 2023 examination if it persists.
• As per policy, the older candidate will receive preference and consideration over the younger candidate in case of a tie.

Here are some key points for the candidates to keep in mind related to the Tripura NEET merit list 2023. 

• Those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying percentile/NEET Cutoff percentile in the NEET entrance examination and fulfil the eligibility conditions will be considered for the Tripura NEET Merit List 2023.
• The Directorate of Medical Education under Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Tripura, will prepare the merit list on the basis of the marks.
• NEET merit list 2023 for Tripura will be released online.
• The mere inclusion of names in the Tripura NEET Merit List 2023 does not guarantee admission to MBBS and BDS colleges in the state.
• Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to participate in Tripura MBBS/NEET Counseling 2023.
