The overall level of difficulty of JEE Advanced 2018 question paper was medium. Moreover, the Mathematics section of the paper 1 was relatively easy in comparison to the Physics and Chemistry sections.

JEE Advanced 2018 question paper was easy to moderate. For paper 1, the mathematics section was easy compared to the rest, i.e., chemistry and physics.

JEE Advanced 2018 Question Paper Analysis
Here we have presented the JEE Advanced 2018 question paper analysis to understand the candidates. The difficulty level and marking scheme were different for each section.
Physics
Candidates found the 2018 question paper for physics to be reasonably moderate. Questions were scattered from various topics and were primarily analytical and application-based. Few questions were there from calculation-based.
Electrodynamics, Heat & Thermodynamics, Mechanics, Modern Physics, Optics, SHM & Waves, and Mathematical Tools, carried high weightage.
