NIFT SPOT round seat allotment result has been declared on August 8, 2025. The round 3 seat allotment result has been declared on July 28, 2025. The deadline for withdrawing from the NIFT Admissions 2025 process is July 29, 2025. To verify the NIFT 2025 seat allocation, candidates must enter their application number and password. Candidates who complete their NIFT counselling 2025 registration will be eligible for the seat allotment.
Students who are assigned a seat must also pay an entry fee before the deadline. NIFT fee details will be available at nift.ac.in 2025. Along with seat allotment, the NIFT cutoff will be released at nift.admission.nic.in.

NIFT 2025 Seat Allotment Process
The admissions committee may also examine any additional NIFT seat allotment 2025 guidelines that may be in effect from time to time. The seat allotment for NIFT 2025 will be done considering the following factors:

- Options selected at the time of counselling registration (combination of campus and academic programme)

NIFT Seat Allotment for Regular UG & PG Candidates
NIFT seat allotment 2025 for normal UG and PG programs for admission is likely to be made available to candidates in the first week of Jun 2025, beginning at 5 pm. Candidates can connect to the admissions portal and download their provisional NIFT allotment letter.
The deadline for submitting NIFT seat allotment 2025 fees is projected to be in the second week of Jun 2025, at 11:59 pm. Fees will only be taken online via the portal. Fees paid by any other means will not be accepted.
NIFT Seat Allotment for PwD Candidates
NIFT seat allotment 2025 for PwD candidates for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs is expected to be made available to candidates in the third week of May 2025, beginning at 5:00 pm. PwD candidates should use their login credentials to access the Admissions portal and download their provisional NIFT allotment letter.
The deadline for submitting the fees is planned to be in the fourth week of May 2025, at 10:00 pm. Fees will only be taken online via the portal. This will be the final allocation of seats to PwD candidates.
How to Apply for Seat Allotment in NIFT 2025?
Here are the methods to apply for a seat allotment at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
- Registration: To register for NIFT Seat Allocation, visit the NIFT Admission Website at niftadmissions.in. Once there, identify and click on the appropriate link.
- Once redirected to the NIFT seat allotment 2025 portal, click the sign-in button. Enter your login credentials and submit.
- Following a successful login, a dashboard will display on the screen; click the "Register for Seat Allocation" option.
- Upload the documents as instructed.
- After uploading the relevant documents, click the Save and Proceed button and choose the Confirm checkbox.
- Finally, click the Confirm and Submit button to finish the NIFT 2025 seat allotment application procedure.

NIFT Admissions Withdrawal of Seat & Refund of Fee
If an applicant accepts a seat allocated by NIFT, they can withdraw it online beginning with the second round. NIFT seats can only be withdrawn up until the penultimate round.
Candidates who have withdrawn their seats will not be considered for NIFT seat allotment 2025 in the following rounds.
After the results of the final round of counselling are released, there will be no possibility to revoke the given seat.

Step-wise Process to Withdraw NIFT 2025 Seat
To activate the withdrawal option, you must follow these two steps:
Confirm on the NIFT portal: You must check in to the portal and confirm your withdrawal from NIFT seat allotment 2025 procedure. The designated seat will be revoked once confirmed.
Furthermore, you will not be considered for NIFT 2025 seat allotment in later rounds.
