Step-by-Step Process of MCC NEET UG 2023 Counselling

Step 1: Registration for Counselling
- Register for NEET counselling by visiting the official website of MCC NEET UG 2023.
- Click on candidate login.
- Now the student is supposed to enter the roll number and the password.
- Now the aspirant is supposed to fill in their details like name, registration number, contact details etc.
- Now the student is supposed to click on “confirm registration”. After clicking that, now the candidate is registered.
Step 2: Fee Payment
After the registration for MCC NEET UG 2023, you will need to fill out the fee. The fee is different for the various category, which is mentioned below:
- General:
- INR 1,000 for the central government college, INR 5,000/- for the deemed university (non-refundable registration fee)
- INR 10,000 for the central government college, INR 2,00,000/- for the deemed university (refundable tuition fee)
- OBC/SC/ST:
- INR 5,00 for the central government college, INR 5,000/- for the deemed university (non-refundable registration fee)
- INR 5,000 for the central government college, INR 2,00,000/- for the deemed university (refundable tuition fee)
Step 3: Choice Locking
Once the registration is done, then the aspirants are supposed to fill the preferred course along with their college by preference.
- Aspirants should enter the course.
- The aspirants should choose the college from the list, which will be reflected on the official website.
- For the aspirants, there is no number bar for the choice list.
- Once the colleges are added, aspirants can set the college list by ranking from up to down.
- The aspirants can also delete the choice if they want to remove anyone and can change the order.
- If the aspirants do not lock in their preferred college within the time, they will be automatically assigned to the college.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
Once the colleges are filled by the time, then MCC declares the seats with the respected college.
- At the end of each counselling round, the seat allotment result will be declared accordingly.
- MCC releases the allotment number along with the allotment letter.
- Aspirants can check their allotment details by visiting the official website.
- The aspirants are supposed to take a printout of the allotment number, which will be used during admission time.
Step 5: College Reporting
Once the college is allotted to the aspirants, they are supposed to visit the college on the given date positively. They must have all the documents along with the allotment number, ID proof, and caste certificate if needed.
