Goa NEET Counselling 2023
MCC will conduct NEET counselling 2023 process will be held in two rounds followed by mop-up round for the 85% state quota seats. NEET counselling process 2023 for the Medical colleges in Goa will include the following.
- The shortlisted candidates in the merit list must register for the Goa NEET Counselling 2023 process on the official website and pay the counselling fee.
- Based on their NEET rank, candidates must fill in their choices of course and college. There is no limit to the number of choices that can be filled in for colleges. Once their choices are filled in, candidates must lock their options before the Goa NEET Counselling 2023 deadline, failing which their choices will be automatically locked on the last date.
- DTE will conduct Goa MBBS seat allotment 2023 based on different criteria such as the choices filled in by the candidates, their merit, seat availability and reservation criteria.

Goa NEET Counselling 2023 Criteria
Candidates will be allotted seats for the MBBS/BDS/AYUSH programmes through Goa NEET Counselling 2023 based on the following eligibility criteria.
- Only students who qualify for NEET 2023 entrance exam by scoring the minimum cut-off percentile will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens and residents of Goa. However, there will be special quota seats for NRI candidates.
- The age of the candidates must not be less than 17 years as of Dec 31, 2023.
- Candidates must have qualified for the class 12 exam under Goa Board or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.
- The qualifying marks candidates must have scored in the board/qualifying examination are 50% for the General (UR) category, 40% for SC/ST category, and 45% for the PwD category.

Goa NEET 2023 Counselling Process for AIQ Quota
As mentioned earlier, Goa NEET Counselling 2023 will be conducted in two rounds and an additional mop-up round, if required. The candidates shortlisted for the MBBS/BDS admission process must follow the below steps.
If a candidate does not register for the first round, they must follow the same steps to register for the second round.
- Registration: After the merit list is released, the shortlisted candidates must visit the official website of DTE to register for the Goa NEET 2023 Counselling process. The registration will only complete after the NEET 2023 counselling fee payment.
- Choice Filling & Locking: Once the registration is complete, the candidates must use the login credentials and fill in their choice of courses and colleges. They must make sure to lock their choices.
- Seat Allotment: According to the choices made by the candidates, the availability of seats, reservation criteria and other factors, the conducting body will release the seat allotment results. The list of vacant seats will also be released for the Goa NEET Counselling 2023 second round.
Goa NEET Counselling 2023: Reporting to Allotted College
After the Goa NEET counselling process 2023, the candidates who are allotted seats according to the seat allotment result must report to the college assigned to them for MBBS/BDS admission on the dates released by the conducting body. Their allotment will be cancelled if they fail to report to the institution and claim the allotted seats on the scheduled date.
Candidates must have all the required documents for Goa MBBS/BDS admission 2023 while reporting to the allotted college for document verification.

Goa NEET Seat Allotment 2023
The conducting body will release the Goa MBBS/BDS 2023 merit list considering the NEET 2023 rank, details on the application form, availability of seats and reservation criteria. Around 153 seats are available for the MBBS program and 42 for the BDS program through Goa NEET Counselling 2023.
Goa MBBS/BDS seat allotment 2023 results will be released on the official website of DTE. The seat allotment results will include the details of the candidate, the allotted course and college.
