• For Assam NEET PG counselling registration, candidates can apply online through the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam website.
• Candidates must read through the instructions given carefully before clicking on the ‘Next’ button.
• Candidates should then fill out their personal, reservation, and educational details as asked and upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications.
• Next, the candidate needs to create a password (8-12 characters) before submitting the application form. This login password will be required later on during further phases of counselling, such as choice filling and locking.
• Finally, take a printout of the filled-in application which is to be submitted at the allotted institute at the time of admission/document verification.

Eligibility Criteria for Assam NEET PG Counselling

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam.
• Academic Qualification: Aspirants must have an MBBS/BDS provisional or pass certificates from a college/institute accredited by the National Medical Commission.
• Completion of the Internship: Assam PG medical admission is only open to medical graduates who have completed rotatory internships of 12 months by Mar 31, 2025.
• Registration: A registration certificate must be obtained from the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the State Medical Council (SMC).
• Entrance Exam: NEET PG cutoff percentile 2025 is required for candidates to qualify for the computer-based entrance test.
