Registration
Firstly, candidates need to register themselves on the official website of APDHTE to attend the counselling process of Arunachal Pradesh NEET 2023. The candidate will be required to provide all the required details (name, NEET 2023 marks, parent’s name, etc.) and documents (Class 10th & 12th mark sheet, NEET 2023 Rank Card, Category Certificate, etc.) to register online.
State Merit List
Based on the applications received for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS/BDS counselling and the merits of applicants, APDHTE prepares a state merit list.
Filling and Locking Choices
The authorities will verify the documents provided by the candidates during registration. Once the document verification is done, they will have to fill in and lock their choices of colleges and courses. Candidates can change/reorder/delete their course/college choice according to their preferences. However, it is important to note that once choices have been locked, they cannot be changed.
Seat Allotment List
Depending on the choices entered by the applicants and their merit rank in the state merit list, the authorities publishes the seat allotment list for the first round of Arunachal Pradesh NEET counselling 2023. The candidate will have to indicate whether they wish to accept or withdraw the seat assigned to them.
This can be done by selecting the ‘floating’ or ‘freezing’ option provided in the ‘submit willingness tab’. Candidates who do not accept the seats and intend to participate in other rounds will have to select the floating option.
Collecting the Nomination Letter
Candidates who accept the seat allotted through the Arunachal Pradesh NEET counselling 2023 must collect their nomination letters from the office of the Directorate of Medical Education Training and Research, Naharlagun. Those who fail to collect their nominations will be considered uninterested, and their seats will be carried forward to the second round.
Note: The authorities will organise the spot round for Arunachal Pradesh NEET counselling 2023 only if there are any vacant seats after round two.

Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in Arunanchal Pradesh NEET counselling 2023:
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen domiciled in Arunachal Pradesh. The residents of Arunachal Pradesh are further divided into two categories.
- Category 1 (APST)
- Category 2 (Non-APST)
- The candidate must have qualified for NEET 2023 for admission to BDS/MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS courses.
- The applicant should have cleared 12th grade with English, physics, chemistry, and biology as compulsory subjects.
- The minimum age for admission to degree courses is 17 years as of December 31, 2022.
