Steps to Register for NEET SS

NEET SS 2025 application form can be filled out in four steps: registration, form submission, image upload, and payment of the application fee. The details of each stage are provided below for the convenience of the candidates.

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website, nbe.edu.in.
• Select "NEET-SS"
• Under the links section, select "New Registration."
• Enter your name, birth date, gender, nationality, mobile number and Email ID to complete the registration process.
• Submit the NEET SS registration form.
• The user ID and password will be sent through a confirmation message to the registered email address and mobile number.

Step 2: Filling out the Application Form

• Log in to access the NEET SS 2025 Application Form using the login information that was sent to the registered email address and mobile number.
• Click "Go to application form" at this stage.

Enter Personal information

• The registration form will pre-fill most of the information in this area.
• Enter the names of the parents, your disability (if any), your identification information, and your contact information.

Enter Qualifications information

• Along with the SMC/MCI registration information, provide your undergraduate and graduate degree details.
  Choose your preferred exam centre.

Step 3: Uploading the pictures

• Add the scanned copies of the photo, signature, and thumbprint in the space provided.
  If the photographs are too large to upload, resize them first.

Step 4: Paying the Application Fee

• Online payment of the application fee is required.
• The candidate can pay the fee using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.

• Only blue or black ink is permitted (preferably fountain pen)
• White should be the background
• Size: 6 cm by 3

• Resolution:  200 dpi
• Scanned copy of the candidate’s left-hand thumb impression.

Thumb Print Specification

• The left thumb of the candidate is imprinted.
• A coloured image on a white background
• Size: 3.5 by 4.5 centimetres
• Format: .jpg/.jpeg/.image
• Maximum file size: 80 KB
• Resolution: 200 dpi.

NEET SS Application Form: Who Can Apply?

Make sure you meet the NBE's eligibility requirements before deciding to submit an application for NEET SS 2025. The following are the NEET SS eligibility requirements for 2025:

• The candidate must hold a postgraduate degree (MD, MS, DNB, or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
• Must be registered with either the State Medical Council or the Medical Council of India.

The following instructions must be followed while filling out the NEET SS Application Form 2025.

• Before beginning the online registration & Scheduling process, candidates are advised to carefully read the registration & Scheduling guidelines available on the website.
• Candidates should be aware that there is no other way to submit the form than online; applications submitted by mail or in printed form will not be accepted.
• Before filling out the online application, candidates are urged to read the guidelines and an explanation of the requirements.
• By the specified cutoff date, online applications for examination admission must be submitted.
• The applicant will be issued a computer-generated acknowledgement at the end of the registration and scheduling procedure. This acknowledgement will also be sent to the applicant's registered email ID.
• Applications from candidates who provide false or fabricated information won't be taken into consideration, and they risk being disqualified from taking any future exams.
• Candidates are required to maintain a physical copy of their application form for their records.
