FMGE application form 2025 for Dec session will be out soon on the official website of NBE. The Dec session registration for FMGE 2025 will be available via an online process only. The FMGE 2025 exam's official conducting authority, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), will release the full examination schedule. FMGE 2025 exam date for the Dec Session is scheduled for Jan 17, 2025.   

FMGE 2025 application fee for the Dec session can be INR 6,195. The application process for the FMGE Dec 2025 will take place on natboard.edu.in, the official website.

How to Fill FMGE Application Form 2025?

Sudents must check the steps to apply for the FMGE 2025 form given below for reference.

Step 1: Online Registration

After registering, candidates must fill out the FMGE Dec application form 2025, add photos, and pay the registration fee. FMGE 2025 registration is required to apply for the FMGE exam.

• Candidates should visit the official website of the NBE and click on the FMGE tab
• Once on the online registration page, they should enter all the details such as the mobile number and email ID, gender, nationality, name of the candidate, etc.
• They should then check and verify if all the details provided are correct.
• Finally, candidates should click on the submit button.

Step 2: Receiving the Login Credentials

• Candidates will receive their login credentials on their registered email ID and phone number after completing the online registration procedure. These login credentials should be used for filling out the FMGE application form 2025.
• On the login page of the exam, candidates must enter the login credentials along with the captcha code in their designated slots.
• Once redirected to their FMGE Dec application form, they must read the instructions very carefully before filling in the rest of the information.

Step 3: FMGE Application Form 2025 Filling

Upon entering the login credentials and reading all the instructions for filling out the FMGE Dec application form 2025, candidates must click on the "Fill in the FMGE Application Form 2025" tab and carefully start filling in all the information. All the details to be filled in the application form are listed below:

• Qualification details include medical graduation or other proofs (mark sheets, degree certificates), class X and XII qualification details, year of passing the graduation course, and the name of the institution.
• Passport size photograph and signature of the candidates are required to be affixed with the FMGE Application Form 2025. Candidates should affix the same with the required specifications. The signature should have been done using black or blue ink and the photograph should not be older than 6 months. It should be taken with a plain white background only.
• Name of the father, mother, email ID, phone number, and other personal details.
• Selection of the test centres has to be made. Candidates should first select the state in which they want to appear for the exam and then select the cities available in that particular state (the available cities will be displayed on the screen upon selection of the state).
• Candidates should finally check and verify whether all the information provided is correct. After cross-checking and verifying the information, they should read and agree on the Declaration.

Step 4: FMGE Application Fee Payment

• After completing the FMGE Application Form 2025 filling procedure, candidates should make a payment for the same (application fees). FMGE application fees should be paid through online mode only, i.e. Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
• The registration/ application fees are INR 6195 for all categories.

Step 5: Confirmation of the Application Form

• Upon completion of all the steps of filling out the FMGE Application Form 2025, the confirmation page will be displayed on the screen.
• Candidates should check the same and are also advised to make a couple of printouts for future reference.

Documents Required for Filling FMGE Form 2025

Certain documents need to be submitted by the candidates while filling out the FMGE Dec Application Form 2025. Only the candidates who are filling out the application form for the first time should submit the documents.

All those who have already submitted the documents to the National Board of Examination do not need to submit them again. Candidates who have already submitted need to simply mention the roll numbers that were allotted to them during their last FMGE Exam. The required documents are:

• Email ID and Mobile Phone Number
• Class X and XII Mark Sheets
• Medical Degree Certificate or other qualification proofs
• Bank payment receipt. (Credit/ Debit Card)
• Scanned images of the candidates' photographs and signatures.

Specifications of Images to be Uploaded in FMGE Form 2025

The images and the specifications of the same, to be uploaded, are given below:

• Signature: The image of the signature should be in JPG or JPEG format, with dimensions 3.5 cm X 5.5 cm. The size should be between 20 kb - 100 kb.
• Left thumb impression: The image of the left thumb impression should be in JPG or JPEG format, with dimensions 1.5 cm X 3.5 cm. The size should be less than 80 kb.
• Passport size photograph: The image of the passport size photograph should be in JPG or JPEG format, with dimensions 35 mm X 45 mm. The size should be less than 80 kb.

Note: All the images should have a resolution of 200 dpi.

FMGE Application Correction Window 2025

The application correction window active date for the FMGE 2025 exam will be announced. The correction window link gets activated on the official website at nbu.edu.in.

Students must check the page to be aware of the dates and edit the required changes (if needed) after filling out the form within the given timeline. Moreover, students will have to provide the login credentials to use the correction window.

Steps to Edit FMGE 2025 Application Form

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned to edit their application form.

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website at natboard.edu.in.
• Step 2: Click on the "Application Link" on the homepage.
• Step 3: Candidates must click on the already registered option and enter the login credentials.
• Step 4: After logging in, candidates must be directed towards the 'application form' option.
• Step 5: Candidates can now make changes to the editable fields in their FMGE application form 2025
• Step 6: Once necessary changes are made, candidates can click on 'submit'.

As for the final correction window, where candidates can make changes in the signature, thumb impression, photograph, etc. The details that cannot be altered or edited are listed below for the reference of the candidates.

• Mobile Number and Email ID
• Date of Birth
• Name of the Candidate
• Name of the Exam Center City
• Nationality Details
• Gender of the Candidate

Submission of Documents for FMGE Application Form

Foreign medical graduates are required to submit certain documents at fmge.cc@natboard.com, mandatorily. The documents required to be sent within the specified dates are mentioned below for the reference of the candidates. (Only the copies of the documents and not the original)

• Class XII and X mark sheets
• A couple of recent passport-size photographs (2)
• Certificate of internship (if any)
• Ex-candidates' results
• Address proof as per PAN card/ Aadhar card/ Passport, etc.
• The equivalence certificate provided by the Association of Indian Universities
• Date of birth (Birth certificate or matriculation certificate)
• Certificate of passing the MBBS degree - attested by the country's Indian embassy
• Certificate of eligibility - provided by the Medical Council of India
• A passport copy of the candidates

Candidates failing to submit the documents mentioned above, within the specified dates, will be considered ineligible, and their application forms will be invalid.

NMC Begins FMGE Dec 2025 Applications For Obtaining Eligibility Certificate

The NMC provided two official email addresses for applicants to inquire about the status of their eligibility certificate applications: eligibility.regn@nmc.org.in and eligibility@nmc.org.in. Applicants have been asked to use these addresses to track the status of their applications.

In the official notification, the NMC stressed the need to supply a file tracking number when making inquiries concerning the eligibility certificate application. When an application is delivered to the NMC, a file tracking number is generated and used as a unique identifier to track its status.
