How to Pay IGNOU Fees?

IGNOU Refund Policy
IGNOU admission cancellation refund policy is issued by the Student Registration Division. It is valid for IGNOU ODL programs and IGNOU online courses. The policy follows the rules mentioned in the IGNOU Common Prospectus. The Registration fee is always non-refundable. There is no refund if the student has appeared for term-end examinations or after the prescribed deadline.
