Indira Gandhi National Open University, [IGNOU] New Delhi was established in the year 1985, by an Act of Parliament. It offers high-quality teaching to its students through the open and distance learning mode [ODL]. The university began by offering only two academic programs i.e Diploma in Distance Education and Diploma in Management. The University provides innovative and need-based programs at different levels, to all those who require them.

IGNOU registration is one of the divisions on the college website which successfully and effectively maintains the database of approximately 3 million active students. IGNOU Courses are offered overseas also. The IGNOU registration details and status can be checked online. It conducts exams twice a year, in December & June and the IGNOU exam date will be published on the official website. The students then need to fill the IGNOU Online exam form wherein they have to select the program code and examination centre code. School of Agriculture [SOA] was established in the year 2005 at IGNOU to provide agricultural education through distance mode and to turn the rural unemployed youth into first-rate agricultural entrepreneurs and agri-business managers of tomorrow. School of Education [SOE] is one of the first schools to be established in IGNOU, it carries out academic activities addressing education as a field of knowledge and an area of practice. The School of Foreign Languages [SOFL] was established in 2007. It aims to offer flexible, innovative, and cost-effective foreign language programs to interested learners. SOFL has collaborated with other Schools of the University to develop manpower for a number of sectors, like foreign language requirements for scientists, trade specialists, and agricultural experts. The School of Law [SOL] was established in 2005 with the aim of providing legal education through the Open and Distance Learning system. The virtual learning platform was introduced on June 9, 2008, which offers a PG Certificate in Cyber Law online. The courses offered under the department are as mentioned below.
The School of Sciences [SOS] was established in 1986. It aims to provide good quality education, both practical and theoretical, in four science disciplines, namely, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Life Sciences. The School of Tourism and Hospitality Services Management [SOTHSM] started its operations in 2007. Classes are held on Saturday and sunday. The teachers are good in the college.
Don't have any regular college as class are not held on daily basis. There are some event organized by ignou on yearly basis like sports day, dance completion, etc.
There is a weekend classes ( Saturday &sunday ) available for students at all the study centres provided by the IGNOU Class timing are just normal as regular 9 to 3 Projects, assignments and exam dates are updated by ignou official website Where there we can find easily all the notifications related to exam , project, assignment, result etc Quality and method of teaching are really good . All the teachers are good and experienced My overall experience is good
There is a 2 college association are there , many clubs in divided Sports activities are mainly organised by my college because there is a large cricket ground , basketball ground and football tournaments organised by too Cultural festivals like Diwali and Holi for fun There is also a fest organised by clubs where their singers are coming from different regions performed there and even college students from music show their talent to Life in shraddha and are fantastic

The quality and method of teaching is average.
There are no student associations available. Many festivals are celebrated and the life in college is good.
Classes for ignou is held on only Sunday 10 AM to 02 PM. Ignou has a 2 session in a year JULY and DECEMBER. Examination for each session is held in July and December. Before the examination, you have to submit the assignment of your applied subject.
No, ignou don't have any society, club, and association. Ignou celebrates every year of his yearly program, induction meeting. The life in college, in general, is very good.
Daily routine, class timings, projects, exams, assignments, quality and method of teaching all are excellent. My overall experience till date is good.
It has good material and we do have a fieldwork supervisor who helps us in his to do the field work and all.
The life goes well and it's all about learning something new every day and the teachers and the students are behave friendly enough to ask something so that we could learn something new.
