How TANCET Rank List 2024 is Prepared?
TANCET rank list 2024 is prepared based on the scores of the candidates secured in the TANCET exam 2024. The marks are allocated based on the marking scheme provided by Anna University.

TANCET Tie Break Criteria 2024
Sometimes, two or more candidates scored the same marks and percentile in the exam. In such a situation, tie and break criteria are adopted while preparing the merit list.
The Directorate of Technical Education has set a policy for tie-break criteria. Students can go to the requirements below.
- The older candidate, as per the DOB mentioned in the 10th certificate, will be given the preference.
- Candidates with a higher average percentage of marks from the previous qualifying examination will be allotted by the top rank.
