- Following the release of the NEET 2023 results, all individuals who did qualify for the exam and are interested in participating in the counselling process must register on the DME's official website.

MP NEET Seat Matrix and Merit List
- DME will announce a list of participating institutes together with the number of vacant seats for every category.
- The seat matrix will be made available following the release of the MP NEET state merit list.
- The names of all the suitable candidates who completed the MP NEET 2023 Application Form will be included on this merit list.
MP NEET Choice Filling
- Applicants that have been named to the state merit list can move on to the selection process.
- To obtain the choice-filling feature, they must first log in to the account they generated during the registration/application process. It's indeed important to remember that candidates who do not enter the desired choices will not be regarded for seat allocation.
- They must also lock in their choices before the deadline in order to be eligible for the following stages of MP NEET counselling in 2023.

Candidates need to qualify for the eligibility parameters to secure a seat for NEET counselling. The eligibility criteria for MP NEET counselling 2023 are as follows.
- The candidate has to be 17 years old as of Dec 31, 2022. The candidates' maximum age is not specified.
- The candidate must have completed the 12th class or similar subject areas in Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English.
