Candidates can visit the official portal of North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences, Shillong, to get themselves registered for Meghalaya NEET PG counselling.

• Applicants can apply for the Meghalaya NEET PG counselling 2025 online by visiting the official website.
• The security fee has to be paid online to secure a PG medical seat in the desired medical college in Meghalaya.
• The online seat choice filling option will be available per the earlier schedule once the security money is paid and the state merit list has been declared.
• Filling out the online choice has to be done using your NEET roll number and password created at registration.
• The seat allotment list is declared online after the last date for choice filling is over.
• The final step is for the candidates to check the seat allotment status on the website and accept the allotment letter.

Meghalaya NEET PG Counselling 2025 Documents Required

Candidates need to keep the following documents handy while registering for Meghalaya NEET PG counselling 2025:

• High School/Secondary School Certificate issued by the Board/ University showing the date of birth of the applicant
• Pass Certificate / Provisional Pass Certificate of the qualifying MBBS entrance examination
• Mark sheets 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (Part-I and Part–II) MBBS Professional Examinations
• Attempt the certificate of MBBS Professional Examinations
• Internship completion certificate/certificate from the head of the Institution/ college stating that the candidate will complete the Internship by 31 March 2025
• Permanent/ Provisional Registration Certificate within the validity period issued by the MCI / State Medical Council
• NEET PG 2025 Admit Card
• NEET PG 2025 Scorecard
• The candidates must submit a Domicile/ Permanent Residential Certificate valid for the year 2025 from the competent authority (i.e. District Commissioner of the state or any Government authorised Official) proving that he/she is a Domicile/Permanent resident of one of the 8 (eight) North Eastern states of India ,including Sikkim
• No Objection Certificate: In case the candidate joins elsewhere in the PG course, they have to bring NOC from the concerned college for joining the PG course in NEIGRIHMS.

Candidates are to indicate if they are students of NEIGRIHMS. If so, write the name of the state to which the candidate belongs in the appropriate textbox provided in the application form.

Meghalaya NEET PG Counselling 2025 Bond Amount

Every Junior Resident (PG) will be on continuous service for three years and needs to execute a bond on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 20/-. A copy of the language of the bond to be executed can be collected/ obtained from the Dean’s Office, NEIGRIHMS.

The bond, duly completed in all respects, should be submitted at the time of joining. The bond amount for Meghalaya NEET PG Counselling is as follows:

• Meghalaya NEET PG Counselling Bond Amount candidate who joins the PG (MD/MS) course and leaves the said course before the expiry of one year of joining, he/she shall be liable to pay a sum of Rs.10 lakhs (Rupees ten lakhs only).
• Any candidate who joins the PG course and leaves in the 2nd year of joining is liable to pay a sum of Rs. 15 lakhs (Rupees fifteen lakhs only).
• Any candidate who joins the PG course and leaves in the 3rd year of joining will be liable to pay a sum of Rs. 20 lakhs (Rupees Twenty lakhs only) as compensation for the losses incurred by the NEIGRIHMS due to such mid-term departure.
