AP open board 12th/Intermediate registration form 2021 is released in the month of November /December every year. However this year it was released in October 2020. The last date to register is 10 November 2020. The registration form should be submitted within the specified time limit given by the Andhra Pradesh open school board. Following is the fee structure for the candidates of APOSS inter exam 2021:

Following are some key points for the candidates regarding the fee structure for registration of APOSS inter exam 2021:

  1. During the stipulated period of the late fee, a late fee of Rs. 200/- is to be paid in addition

  2. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances

  3. For claiming fee concession under SC/ST/BC/ Minorities/Ex-Servicemen and differently-abled persons, the candidate should enclose supporting documents as per rules.

  4. The above admission fee includes the cost of study materials, personal contact programme, identity card, etc.

1- It should be issued by Tahasildar or RDO
concerned but not by any other person. It is to be in the prescribed form of integrated certificate covering Community, Age, Nativity, and Residence.


2- It should be from the Medical Board concerned.


3-  It should be from the District Sainik Welfare Officer

The required admission fee should be paid through online and submit the receipt to the AI coordinator at the study centre. Please keep a copy of the registered application as proof of provisional admission and fee payment. Open school society will not be responsible if the request for admission is not considered due to non-payment of the fee.

APOSS Inter Online Registration Process 2021

Following are the instructions regarding the process of inter online registration 2021:  

  1. Candidate has to obtain the prospectus cum application form free of cost from the Accredited Institute (Study Centre) of their choice.

  2. Candidate need not have to pay any amount at the AI centre.

  3. Go through the prospectus thoroughly. After satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respects, fill in two sets of application forms (Original and Duplicate).

  4. The original copy of applications along with enclosures shall be submitted to the AI coordinator. (T.C/Record Sheet as Proof of date of birth, educational qualification, caste certificate, residence certificate, and disability certificate, etc.)

  5. After scrutinizing the application thoroughly, the AI Coordinator shall attest the applications with signature and seal.

  6. Take the duplicate copy of the application to the "AP ONLINE‟ centre, pay registration and admission fee then upload the online application. For utilizing APONLINE, you will have to pay Rs.30/- as service charge.

  7. Candidates should upload the photos and signatures in the scanned form to the application.

  8. The APONLINE Seva centre shall give you a printout copy of the online registered application along with fee receipt. Keep them with you for future reference.

  9. After registration of application online, the candidate should submit the printout copy of the application along with relevant documents to the AI coordinator. Online registration should be done within the stipulated time.

  10. AI coordinator should submit the online registered applications within a week along with enclosures to the district coordinator.

  11. The incomplete application, without Photo, without a signature, and without enclosures shall summarily be rejected.

  12. Online registration of application does not give any guarantee for admission.

  13. The district admission committee shall carry out corrections if any on the application form as per the enclosures.

How to download APOSS Inter Registration form 2021?

Following are the steps for the candidates to download APOSS inter registration form 2021 from the official website :

Step 1: Firstly, the candidates need to visit the official website of the AP open board (Andhra Pradesh School Society) for filling the 12th registration form.

Step 2: Candidates must note that before filling the application form, they have to register on the website.

Step 3: For registering on the website, candidates have to provide a Username and Password.

Step 4: After visiting the official web page of the Andhra Pradesh open board, candidates need to click on the online application form link present on the homepage.

Step 5: Now, the candidates need to fill out all the required information in the application form.

Step 6: After filling all the details, attach the scanned copy of documents, signature, and photograph. Make sure that you have the required documents in the prescribed format before starting to fill the registration form.

Step 7: The next step is to submit the application form by clicking the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page.

Step 8: Candidates need to take a print out of generated application form for future use.
