B.Des Fashion Design Syllabus and subjects are designed to introduce students to the world of design and communication. B.Des in Fashion Design is an four year long undergraduate course, consisting of eight semesters. Students have some compulsory core modules that they have to study in order to gauge an idea of all the important aspects and concepts of fashion design. Additionally, universities give students the option to choose electives which help them make their course diverse and give the students an option to specialize in a specific field.Additionally, at the end of their education, students are expected to submit their thesis project.
