JNUEE 2023 Eligibility

Master of Arts (MA) JNUEE candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks under 10+2+3.
M.Phil and PhD JNUEE candidates must have a master's degree in the related subject with a minimum of 50% marks.
MCA JNUEE candidates must have a bachelor's degree in (BCA/ B.Tech) with Mathematics graduate or 10+2 with a minimum of 55% marks.

Important Instructions for JNUEE Application Form

The important instructions given by the conducting body regarding the JNUEE application form are mentioned below. The candidates are advised to abide by these instructions to avoid discrepancies.

  • The uploaded photograph for JNUEE must be taken recently. The candidate in the photo should not be wearing any cap or fancy goggles. 80% of the candidate's face should be clearly visible in the photo, and the background should be white. If a candidate wears spectacles daily then they are allowed in the photograph. Candidates should refrain from uploading computer-generated photographs and polaroids. Applications with erroneous entries including photographs will be rejected.
  • The signature should be in running handwriting and should be done in a fixed box.
  • The email and mobile number cannot be edited once registered.
  • The form submitted is not be withdrawn under any circumstances.
  • If there is a change in name due to marriage, the candidates are required to show relevant documents at the exam centre.
  • Candidates are given a chance to edit some of the entries in the JNUEE exam application, for which a special online window is placed.
  • Candidates should submit only one JNUEE application form, in case of multiple submissions, the candidature is cancelled. 

JNUEE 2023 Admit Card

JNUEE 2023 admit card will be released on the official website for PhD entrance exam. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official website using login credentials. Candidates who successfully register for JNUEE will be able to receive their hall ticket once it is released. Those who do not present the paperwork at the time of the examination will not be permitted to enter the room.

Candidates who have successfully applied for JNUEE 2023 could download their JNUEE 2023 admit card from the official website. Candidates had to take the printout of the admit card and carry it with them to the exam centre on the day of the examination. If candidates failed to show their JNUEE 2023 admit card to the invigilator, they are not allowed to give the exam.

JNUEE 2022 answer key was released on the official website on Dec 18, 2022, by NTA. Candidates can raise objections against their provisional answer key till Dec 20, 2022. However, candidates must pay a fee of INR 200 per challenge. The answer key challenge will only be accepted through this medium.

After the objections are raised, the conducting body will verify the objections raised. If found correct, the conducting body will release the final answer key. Therefore, JNUEE 2022 result will be prepared based on the final answer key.

JNUEE 2023 Counselling

JNUEE 2023 admission registration for PG courses such as MA, MSc and MCA will be commenced through CUET PG courses online through the official website, while UG courses admission will be held through CUET.

After the viva-voce, the final merit list is published by JNU. The admission of candidates will be completely based on the final merit list. JNU will prepare the final merit list based on the performance of candidates in the entrance examination and viva-voce. The counselling process is started after the JNUEE results are announced.
