Humming Bird Aptitude & Reasoning Olympiad 2024

Humming Bird Education Ltd. is dedicated to nurturing students with the right attitude and enhancing their factual, logical & problem-solving skills. HummingBird Aptitude and Reasoning Olympiad is conducted to test students logical and problem-solving skills. ARO is eligible for students of classes 1 to 12. Besides, HummingBird assisted students in writing international level Olympiads, and they are rewarded "Asia's Greatest Brands of the Year 2017-18" by "PriceWaterhouseCoopers P.L.," and Mr Nitish Jain has been bestowed as one of Asia's Greatest Leaders of the Year 2017-18".

 What is Humming Bird Aptitude and Reasoning Olympiad (ARO)?

Humming Bird is also the first organization to conduct Olympiads in India's regional languages, supporting state boards and students. From 2020, Humming Bird Education has begun two new sets of exams. They are language exams (for six languages) and Educator Excellence Olympiad (EEO).

Tabulated below are the highlights of the HummingBird Aptitude and Reasoning Olympiad.

Students studying in class I to XII and associated with CBSE/ICSE/State Board or any other recognized board across India can write the International Aptitude & Reasoning Olympiad (ARO).

Students have to follow their respective class syllabus to prepare for the exam.

ARO 2024 Exam Dates

The deadline to apply for ARO is a month before the exam date. Humming Bird Education Ltd. conducts ARO exams on different dates in November and December 2024. Humming Bird Foundation will release the ARO level 1 exam results in January 2024.

Qualification Criteria for Level 2 Exam

Given below are the qualification criteria for the level 2 exam.

• Obtaining 75% or above in the level one examination.
• Top ten class-wise in the state.
• First and second in the class in a particular school if at least ten students have taken part in the school.

ARO Level 2 Exam

ARO level 2 exam will be conducted in the first week of February 2024 for students who qualify for the ARO level 1 exam. HummingBird Organization will send the list of qualifying candidates to the schools.

HummingBird foundation will release the level 2 exam results in the last week of March 2024 (tentative).

Here are the important dates to be known before applying for the Humming Bird ARO exam.

ARO 2024 Registration

The application form is divided into three parts. Candidates should first get the parent consent form signed by their parents and submit it to the school coordinator along with the applicable amount.

The school should first register itself using the school registration form (first part of the registration Booklet) and then fill in the names of the interested students in the student registration form (the second part of the registration booklet). The coordinator should be responsible for attaching the parent consent forms to the registration booklet and then sending it via post (offline) or through email (online) to Humming Education (P) Ltd.

Payment for ARO 2024 registration can be done online or sent in the form of a demand draft via post.

• ARO 2024 Exam Centre: The centre would be the school itself.
• International Aptitude & Reasoning Olympiad Fees: The registration cost for Humming Bird Aptitude & Reasoning Olympiad is Rs.200.

ARO 2024 Syllabus

The syllabus assists students by bringing them face to face with the topics on which questions will be asked in the exam and encouraging them to prepare themselves for the ARO exam better.

ARO 2024 syllabus can be found in the free book and app, which is provided to pupils after registration. The mobile applications comprise a large number of audio and video tutorials that students can utilize.

ARO includes multiple-choice questions in which the candidates have to choose the correct option out of four choices. The exam will not have negative markings for the wrong answer or for leaving a question unanswered.

There will be 40 subject-based questions and 20 intelligence-based questions formulated to analyze their higher-order thinking skills with a total exam time of 60 minutes.

ARO 2024 Admit Card

ARO 2024 admit card can be downloaded from the official website. Students can log in to Humming Education's candidate profile for free using their registration number as username and password.

Students will not be permitted to enter the examination hall without a hall ticket. Candidates are instructed to print a hard copy of the admit card after downloading it from the Humming Education portal.

ARO 2024 Results

ARO results are accessible on the official website of HummingBird. Results will also be mailed to the respective schools by email and as hard copies. Pupils can inquire their school coordinator about the result.

The result will not be shown if the student has filled in an incorrect registration number in the OMR sheet. Such pupils may contact the school authorities for their results. Candidates will also receive a participation/rank holder certificate and a Student's Performance Report (SPR) along with the ARO 2024 result.

Key Changes of ARO 2024

The ARO 2024 exam is scheduled in the months of September, October, November, and December. Interested candidates can write the exam after they register themselves 30 days before the exam. Students studying in classes 1 to 12 are eligible for this Olympiad. The ARO 2024 will be conducted online, and it'll be a computer-based exam. The results of the exam will be released in January and March.
