UPES Dehradun declares the UPES results for its UG, PG and other courses on its official website at upes.ac.in. Students can check their UPES Dehradun results using their application number and date of birth. Candidates need a minimum total score of 40% in their internal and external assessments to be eligible to get promoted to the next semester. UPES conducts supplementary and improvement examinations for candidates with unsatisfactory results. Students can also apply for a revaluation of their results in case they need to improve their final score or grade.

UPES Result 2022 Important Dates

UPES Dehradun result notifications for the BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech., B.Des, BFA, B.Plan, B Pharma, LLB, BBA, BCA and their corresponding PG courses are notified on the UPES student portal. Apart from the UPES semester results, the UPESEAT, UPESMET and UPESDAT entrance results are also declared by the UPES Dehradun. Students are advised to log in to the student portal on a regular basis and keep a check on the UPES Dehradun result dates.

How to Check UPES Result 2022?

Candidates can access their UPES Dehradun results by logging into the UPES result portal using their application number and date of birth. Students can view their provisional result status and the marks/grades obtained for subjects from the student portal. In case of any discrepancy in the online result sheet, students can raise the issue to the examination controller or grievance cell of UPES. The process to check UPES online results is as follows:

• Visit the UPES result portal at results.upes.ac.in.
• Select the course and click on the result link provided.
• Enter the credentials such as application number and DOB.
• Click on the 'Search' button to get the UPES scorecard.
• View and download the scorecard for later reference.

Evaluation of UPES Result 2022

The evaluation system at UPES Dehradun consists of 3 components - the Internal Assessments, Midterm examinations and End term examinations. Internal assessment will be a continuous evaluation based on the student's performance in regular course work, assignments, projects, paper presentations, class participation, etc. The internal assessment and the mid-semester examination conducted in the middle of a semester aim to improve the students' performance at the end of the semester by providing them feedback on their performance. The end term examinations are held for the theory and practical papers at the end of each semester, having a weightage of 100 marks. The average of the total marks obtained in the internals, midterm and end-term exams are considered for the award of letter grades from A to F (A+, A, B+, B, C+, C and F for failed). The marks weightage of different modes of assessment in UPES is tabulated below:

Candidates need a total score of 40% (C Grade) in the internals, midterm and end-term exams taken together, failing which they will be required to re-appear for the supplementary examination.

Revaluation of UPES Result 2022

Students can apply for a revaluation of their UPES Dehradun result within 15 days of result declaration. Soon after the result declaration, UPES releases a notification prescribing the deadlines for application and fee details for revaluation. Students can download the application form from the UPES student portal and submit it to the Controller of Examinations of UPES after online fee payment of INR 250 per subject. The re-assessment of the answer sheet is done to check whether the marks awarded to various answers are correctly added, or whether the examiner has evaluated answers to all the questions written by the candidate. Suppose any mistake is discovered as a result of re-evaluation. In that case, UPES will rectify the result and issue the corrected grade card to the applicants.
