UPES BBA Course Eligibility:

To apply for the BBA course at UPES Dehradun, Student must have the following eligibility criteria:

• Candidate must have secured minimum 50% marks in Class 10th and 12th
• Students appearing in Class 12th and awaiting their results can also apply, but shortlisted candidates will only be given a provisional offer letter subject to them obtaining a minimum of 50% marks in Board exam
• Science, Commerce, and Humanities students are also eligible to apply for the UPES BBA course.

UPES BBA Admission:

The admission process for UPES BBA Course will be done online and the procedure is listed below:

1. Candidates have to fill out the application form on the official site choosing BBA Course 
2. Screening Process of the applications will be done from the university
3. Shortlisted Students will get an invite from UPES for Group Discussion and Personal Interview
4. Students can choose the GDPI Venue from the GDPI Schedule

UPES BBA Scholarships:

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies provides financial assistance for its students in the form of scholarships. UPES School of Business offers All India Category and Domicile scholarships for BBA Students. 

All India Category Scholarships:

Under this category, 50% tuition fee waiver on 20% seats of each program in the first semester are provided for CBSE, ICSE & State board pass out students

• Eligibility: To avail all India category scholarship, candidate must have passed class 10th and 12th with 75% marks

Uttarakhand Domicile Special Scholarships:

Under this scholarship, 25% and 35% of tuition fee is provided for Boys and Girls respectively in the first year. The Scholarship can be renewed in the second semester if the student secures an SGPA of 8/10. Scholarship availability in subsequent years will be as per the scholarship policy of the UPES.

Eligibility: Candidate must have the following eligibility to avail this scholarship:

• Minimum 80% aggregate in Class 10th & 12th.
• Merit order allotment of 1 seat per program.
• The seats reserved under this category will be within the 15% reservation for Uttarakhand Domicile students.
• Student must have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate)
• Students will be eligible for only 1 scholarship at a time (either through Uttarakhand Board Merit or through Uttarakhand Domicile category)

Domicile Benefits:

UPES has provision for providing 33% concession on the Tuition Fee for Uttarakhand domicile students on merit-cum-means basis, to be decided by the University subject to fulfillment of the following conditions by the student:

1. The student’s gross annual family income should not be more than INR 8 lakhs. The student must possess necessary documents attesting this fact
2. The student must have a valid ‘Sthai Niwas Praman Patra’/'Mool Nivas Praman Patra'/'Adhiwas Niwas praman patra' from Uttarakhand state.
